Single family home located in a quiet residential area. With a front porch and a rear patio with a large fenced in backyard. Close to downtown 7.8 miles. The airport 15 miles and Kentucky 11 miles. Also shopping at Western Hills shopping center and hospitals and colleges are 3-6 miles away. University of Cincinnati and Xavier University. Bengals and Reds stadium downtown 7.8 miles. Zoo is 5 miles. Kings Island and water park is 15 miles away. Popular event and shopping at Newport on the Levee is 10 miles away. Downtown intersects with Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Dayton Ohio is about 50 miles north of this house in Cincinnati. Louisville is 100 miles away and Lexington Kentucky is 80 miles south with Indianapolis 100 miles west.
What I love about this house is the lower level has a separate bedroom with half bath and private entrance off from attached garage and full size bed. Smoking id permitted on patio and front porch and pets allowed on case to case basis $20 per night.

Met our needs for our stay.

We needed a place to stay near the Cincinnati Reds Youth Academy and Xavier University for my son's baseball tournament over the weekend. This accommodated all of our needs. Enough beds, kitchen for meals, laundry for uniforms and off street parking. Everett communicated well.

The house was nice and big, had a big back yard, and is in a very nice neighborhood! We would definitely recommend it to others!

Lots of space for the price

You get a lot of house for the price! Owner was great in response to needs. I recommend a deep cleaning and a few tweaks to make the stay more comfortable.

Convenient to Everything

We had a wonderful stay. Everett was a great and responsive host. The house had everything our family needed. It was also convenient to plenty of stores and was only about 30 minutes from Perfect North Slopes for our daily ski adventures. We would recommend this place to others.

Highly recommend!!

Overall a terrific place to stay. The house was very clean and spacious. It has a nice fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly. It is very close to shopping and restaurants. Check-in process was super easy. The host responded quickly to all messages before, during and after our stay.

The house was clean. Some ammenities would have been nice, like salt and pepper or trash bags. It was very basic. There were very limited options for cooking utensils and silverware. We purchased paper products, so not a huge deal. There was a coffee pot, but it did not work. We are coffee drinkers, so this was a little disappointing.

A lot of space

The house had a lot of space and separation for sleeping and TV viewing & game playing. The refrigerator was spacious and a great ice maker. We do wish there had been a coffee maker, extra blankets, dish cloths and extra kitchen trash bags. The ceiling fans definitely need to be updated as they were extremely loud/rattling. And, the A/C vents in the dining room and living room are filthy. We did enjoy sitting on front and back porches.

When we got there the ice maker had mildew black all around it. We bought our own bagged ice. I had to Clorox wipe the whole refrigerator because of the above and crumbs left in the frig, and then I bought rags and cleaned it with dawn water.The silverware was dirty the skillets were teflon and all scratched up so my companions didn’t want to cook in them, so we took our bacon and eggs to my fathers house. The so called cleaning crew wipe the dinning room table and chairs with Murphy oil and even after wiping it off the table we got it on our clothes from the chairs. This overall was our worst VRBO we have ever rented and we have been renting VRBO in many location for many years. I have photos if VRBO would like to see them. We also had to buy a coffee pot and a hairdryer! The Beds were uncomfortable and weird configuration, but we should have figured that out from the pictures. Sorry just not what we have been use to with VRBO. This location did t
