Entire Home in the PERFECT Location! UC & Downtown
This is a duplex located in the heart of Cincinnati. This is a beautiful home with so much character, built in 1910. You're just a 5 minute Uber/Lyft to downtown, a 3 minute WALK to the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Children's Hospital, the world famous Cincinnati Zoo, Bogart’s Music venue and many more locations.
The entire home can sleep 10 people. You will have access to a shared 2 car driveway, two kitchens, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and two living areas.
You can also rent out both units separately--Separate listings. NO LOCAL RENTERS PLEASE.
The space
Spacious and clean. Three comfy queen-size beds, a twin-size day bed and two air mattresses are available upon request.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, front porch, backyard, washer/dryer and driveway.
Other things to note
There is a strict NO SMOKING policy. There is also a strict NO PARTY policy.
Any violations will result in a loss of the deposit and additional fines and cleaning fees.
Please let me know if you expect to bring additional guests.

Great Location
We were in town for a concert and the zoo and this house was such a great location for both - we could see the zoo from the window and only had a 5-minute walk. The owner was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. It was great to have space for our trip

Perfect house! Fantastic host!
Katie was very communicative, and the house was perfect! She left very lengthy instructions, so all questions were answered before we even checked in. Lots of street parking, and some cool restaurants in the area. Would stay again!

One block from Zoo
Everything was as described. Nice touches having filter cold water in refrigerator, snacks and Keurig coffee plus toiletries. Very clean and host was very responsive and helpful. Had a nice weekend visiting family and fun at the zoo.

Cute House
Great location. We had a family of 7. Rented the entire house. It worked out great for us. 3rd floor steps are steep so you get adults should use the upstairs. We used one blow up mattress.
Make sure the windows are locked. Upon checking we locked several. Parking on street was usually full. We had to park in the shared driveway. One car can fit. It’s right across from VA hospital. I’m UC area. 1-min from Xavier University. We will stay here again. Thank you!
