We stayed here for two weeks while in town for a work training, and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better—peaceful, safe, and close to everything we needed. The neighborhood and house are both beautiful, and we really appreciated how comfortable and well-kept everything was. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay. We’d definitely come back!

Graduation Weekend

I am delighted to say that I had a great weekend. Even thought there was a storm passing through we made the best of it. That house is comfortable, giving a home away from home aura. The host and manager are very accommodating, and I would definitely contact for any future excursions. My family, friends and I had such a great time here, it was almost difficult to leave. I also recommend using Vrbo to do all bookings as the process is easier than other platforms. Thank you Savannah, you were great!

Spacious home perfect for families

We found this home to be comfortable with great spaces for a large group. The bedrooms are all large, and the home is very well sound insulated. The beds and pillows are perfect for a good night’s sleep. We also really enjoyed the beautiful pool and yard, and the kitchen and common areas had plenty of room to move around in. The home is also in a great location, with grocery stores and restaurants within a few minutes drive, and Madeira beach is very close as well. We did have a few hiccups when we first checked in, but the host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make things right in very short order. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

My 60th

Property was very nice, spacious enough for the 12 of us. It had everything that was needed in the kitchen and around the house. Communication with the owners was excellent. They were very accommodating. Only issue was the pool. In 90+ degrees, it was too warm. Owners tried giving us ideas to solve this problem. Will love to rent again if they fixed the pool problem.

In 2023, we found this beautiful home to create a special space where our family could gather and enjoy the beach whenever possible. Bella Vista isn’t just a house—it’s a generational home, a place we hope to pass down to our children and future generations.

Owning this home has brought us even closer to the vibrant culture and energy of St. Pete, a city some of us will soon call home. We hope you love your time here as much as we do. Welcome to Bella Vista!

Being just 4 minutes from the beach is an absolute blessing. Everything we need, from shopping and groceries to amazing eateries and more, is just minutes away. The neighborhood itself is peaceful, perfect for walks, and has such a welcoming vibe. The combination of beach proximity and so much to do is what made us fall in love with this beautiful area!

What makes this property unique

The space is great for large families that need a place with lots of room for activities. We have multi use layout which is nice for people that need to work from home. We love the accessibility to St Pete and Clearwater culture in a short time. You can park in our garage and we provide an electric charging station for Tesla cars to add convenience for our guests. We have a good amount of parking for all crew. Our backyard is nice and cozy with different chair options for the whole family. Plenty of space for outdoor games. Our pool is also very refreshing in the summer. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas and fishing poles. More updates coming soon.
