Very responsive and caring host. She had a thorough visitors guide and thoughtful welcome snack basket. We selected the home because it is walkable (1-1/2 to 2 miles) to the UF football stadium, when we correctly assumed it would be difficult to get an Uber for an SEC game.

Great place to stay

The place was clean, in a good location right (right next to depot park, a few minutes from downtown and UF) and had great amenities. The host was very professional.

Great location, short 10min walk to downtown or 20min walk to midtown & U of F campus. Property is in excellent shape.

Cozy townhome

The townhome was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The host really pays attention to detail with having essentials such as toiletries, dish soap, kitchen and grill ware, etc. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the home.

Great attention to detail

The host has gone to great effort to address needs of guests and the unit was very clean. It is an great place to stay if you have a dog as the back yard has a nice tall, new wooden privacy fence.

Clean, Cute, New and Well Maintained

3 Bedrooms upstairs with a full bath, Kitchen, Living room, Dining area with half bath on first floor. House was extremely clean and very comfortable. What a lovely touch there was some cold waters in fridge with some snacks on the counter. Communication was very easy. Would stay here again.

Great location

We stayed here to visit my Gator at UF. It’s a very convenient location to stay. Easy drive to UF campus. Property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. 2 parking spots which was great. We brought my partner’s service dog and had no issues bringing her along. If you’re a Luke’s bagel lover, it’s literally around the block! 5 minute walk! Big bonus for me!

Perfect in many ways

I have a family of 3 as well as a fur baby and was looking for a home that was clean, safe, reasonably priced and conveniently located near downtown Gainesville.I found it! This home has all the amenities you or your family will need- regardless of the length of your stay.My family and I stayed for a total of 9 days and not one day did I have any complaints or issues.There is a really awesome park within waking distance that my kid and my dog absolutely enjoyed.If you’re into the bar scene, all of the bars are within walking distance so there is no need for an Uber if you have “one too many”.I’ve saved this location as my FAV and plan on making this my home away from home!Go Gators!

Perfect Townhouse close to UF!

We rented this house for my cousins graduation at UF & we really felt we couldn’t have found a better rental. It was in walking distance to a bunch of little food spots like Luke’s Bagels (which were delicious btw). It was about a 5 minute ride to downtown Gainesville as well as UF. The neighbors were all friendly and having 2 parking spots was a bonus for us. The house was equipped with absolutely anything and everything you could possibly need from a coffee maker to water bottles in the fridge. The backyard was pretty spacious and they even provide doggy bags to pick up after ur pet. The house had a ton of games that we most definitely utilized and had a lot of fun playing! The beds were comfy and there was a plethora of towels, soap & any toiletries u may need. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would 10/10 recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place to rent while visiting Gainesville. Kadeidra was so communicative and helpful to answer any questions promptly. She really was a delight to coordinate with and made sure we were taken care of. My family and I truly have no complaints nor critiques. Our stay was great!

If the description of the property stated townhouse, then I missed it and so was surprised when there were stairs but all worked out fine. Loved that it was dog-friendly. They even have doggie poo bags in the backyard for you which was nice. They made it very easy for accessing the property and you have two parking spots if needed.
