Precioso estudio en el centro de Chelsea ubicado en Flower Street. El estudio está ubicado en el centro de todo, cerca de la vida nocturna, galerías, restaurantes, tiendas, cafeterías y transporte. Broadway, Chelsea, 5th Avenue, Museum Mile, Times Square.

Te invitamos a un estudio limpio, ordenado y bien diseñado con un baño privado completo y una cocina totalmente equipada.

El estudio puede alojar hasta cuatro personas.
Cuenta con una cama Queen y un sofá cama doble.

Proporcionamos las comodidades del hogar con sábanas / edredones / mantas / almohadas y una toalla por persona a la llegada.

La unidad está completamente amueblada. Tendrías el apartamento exclusivamente para ti. WiFi y servicios públicos están incluidos en el costo del alquiler. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana para su placer visual.

Adorable studio great location

This place on the flower district was just perfect. The managers and super were very helpful and the place had everything I needed for a 6 week stay! Will definitely come back!

Perfect NYC short term rental

Perfect location for a single young woman attending the Fashion Institute! Safe, clean, perfectly stocked! Management very attentive and responsive! Would absolutely stay here again!!

1-month stay in Manhattan

I stayed here for a month, and I found the place very cozy with many restaurants nearby. There is a also a subway station along the road. The only downside is that there is no elevator.

Location, location, location!!!

The best feature of this studio is the location in Chelsea! Nearby access to multiple subway routes and Penn station made it EASY to get to all the NYC attractions on my list. I stayed for almost 7 weeks. It's the perfect size for 1 person, would be a bit tight for 2 people long term. The bathroom fan could use some oil, the low water flushing toilet took getting used to, and the walls could use some fresh paint...all very minor things! Overall it's very comfortable and I would stay here again!

It was a pleasure having you. The low water flushing toilet is a NYC legal requirement with which we must comply to work together for less water consumption. As to the fresh paint, as you had been there during our very busy season, we wanted to let you know that we take advantage of the low winter season to freshen the apartments with fresh paint. We so enjoyed having you as a guest and we'd look forward to your return. The Flower District's central location in Chelsea puts you not only in walking distance of so much including the High Line, Chelsea, Madison Square Garden, 5th Avenues etc. but the transportation is superb with the subway on the corner and the buses running up/down the avenues.

Anyone would be lucky to have a guest like Dylan. Not only did we host Dylan in this apartment, but also in another apartment previously when he needed additional accommodations for more time. As we own the building we try our best to provide the best service for the needs of our guests. We would look forward to his return stay at any time. Dylan is a perfect guest in that he communicates as he needs anything and left the unit as he received it.

We were so pleased to have such a lovely guest. Our hope with each rental is that each person feels as if it is a home away from home where we have supported and provided for all their needs. Our goal is to provide the best and most comfortable stay for you to enjoy the Chelsea area and NYC. Safe, clean prime Manhattan location

Located in the middle of the flower district and steps from the 1 train, this is a great spot. You can easily walk nearly anywhere in Manhattan, the highline is 10 mins away, the Empire State building, Times Sq, Union Sq, all within 20 mins walk. The rooms are clean, although be aware that the photo for 5RE is not actually of 5RE, but it was similar. And, it had a skylight! Management is quick to respond to requests. This spot meets all your basic needs and couldn't be better located. Only downside is there are hotels going up in the area and the construction noise at 7am every day is quite frustrating.

Thank you truly for your lovely comments. We would look forward to your stay again in the future. We hope that any discomfort from external sources will not affect your future visit as we cannot control external noise. The apartment was professionally photographed and it is as photographed. We have been told by our neighbors that the exterior construction is almost complete. We wish we could affect or control NYC but the street is amazing now with all the flower stores, the upscale hotels and expensive condos. This is the new Chelsea.

Great location in the Chelsea District on the "flower street."

Nothing fancy about the property. It is a small studio and it is a walkup - I was on the fifth floor. But it is clean and has everything you need for an extended stay; complete kitchen with a large refrigerator/freezer and stove with oven, microwave, pots and pans, and plates and utensils. Wi-Fi and Cable TV are provided. The studio's location is its best feature. It's on West 28th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues. There are subway lines within easy walking distance, and you are only about 4 blocks from Penn Station. Large supermarket is only about a three block hike. I had a wonderful time, and would certainly stay there again.

Thank you for the notes. As the building and all apartments have been upgraded and renovated several times since 2015, we wish that you would come again to enjoy. Not only has the building and all apartments been improved but Chelsea is the place to be
