Nancy was a wonderful host and the place was just as described and very clean! Easy bus ride into NYC! Even late at night, we felt safe and it was just a block from the bus stop. Would highly recommend and if we ever come back, this is where we will stay!

Host was very friendly and very helpful. She kept communication with us throughout the entire process since we would stay for more than 3 days and our flight got changed last minute. The area is very nice and accessible with the busses. The apartment was cozy indeed and the bed was very comfortable.

Never checked in or stayed at the unit due to parking issues that were not communicated to us at time of reservation. Stayed at a nearby hotel instead. Parking is an issue as the streets are narrow . Parking issues and fees not communicated at time of reservation and not until an hour before we arrived. After several trips around the block searching for a parking spot, we opted to not bother and just took a hotel room nearby
