Off living room is the Master bedroom with queen canopy bed, claw foot tub bathroom, and an updated and fully equipped kitchen and dining area with original fireplace. Second bedroom with double bed offers garden view of back garden and patio. Hallway leads to back laundry room with stackable washer/dryer and second bathroom with shower. Separate from the main house thru the back door is the “Teen Cottage” as the third private bedroom with queen bed, TV, stereo, desk and its own sitting area, sunning deck with patio table and chairs, charcoal BBQ, and hot/cold shower. Fully enclosed backyard is ideal for your pet. Only a 45-minute drive to Monterey or Carmel, and 15–20 minute drive to Gizdich Ranch for a day of berry picking, or Phil's Fish Market for some great Cippino! Come be a local! Deposit is the same as the Rental amount. There is a Cleaning/Linen fee of $700.00. If the fees at the end of your stay do not equal this amount then the balance would be put towards the deposit and refunded to you.
Monthly guests are to keep house clean. Guests are responsible for the PG&E, Comcast/XFINITY Bundle (Cable, WiFi and Phone) and Water during their stay at our properties. Owner keeps these utilities current and then sends them to Kendall & Potter. We then prorate for the dates you are at the property sending a copy to you for your records and reimbursement to the owner.
Please note that the First months' rent and deposit are payable by cashier check or money order. We are sorry, we do NOT accept credit cards for rental payments, but we do require it for our records and for your utility bills that may come after your departure.
