Si puede imaginar las vacaciones de verano familiares perfectas en el mar, ¡puede encontrarlas en nuestra cabaña de Cape Cod junto a la bahía! La casa de estilo de los años 50 está ubicada en un acantilado en East Brewster con vistas a la bahía de Cape Cod. Las vistas son increíbles. La vista cambia constantemente junto con los colores del agua y las nubes. Puedes ver una tormenta y experimentar un arco iris.

Estamos ubicados en East Brewster, conocido por las mareas más bajas en Cape Cod: durante la marea baja, ¡el agua se retira por una milla y media! Puedes ir a nadar temprano por la mañana o esperar hasta que la marea esté alta por la noche cuando el agua está más caliente que el aire, y eres tú flotando bajo las estrellas. Durante la marea baja, puede explorar los 'pisos' y las criaturas que viven en ellos y debajo de ellos: navajas, quahogs, cangrejos ermitaños, cangrejos de arena, caracoles, pececillos y cangrejos herradura. Las familias juegan frisbee, voleibol y wiffle ball en los pisos y la bahía es ideal para nadar, navegar o esquiar en el agua.

La misma casa ha sido mantenida y amada por la misma familia durante 50 años. Aunque tiene capacidad para 11, tiene una sensación cálida y acogedora. Puede caminar o andar en bicicleta con seguridad a cualquier cantidad de restaurantes, cafeterías y tiendas. Puede elegir pasar todo su tiempo en 35 Dune Road (encontrará que una vez que esté allí, no quiere irse) o tendrá todo Cape Cod para explorar.

Third stay- always enjoyable.

We love the true cottage feel of this property! Nice sand to swim in and of course for walking out on the flats. Beds are comfortable, cottages clean!

Terrific view and location

Loved the location, the view, the beach and the town. We’ve been to the Cape a lot, not Brewster, but really liked the town. Will be heading back to Brewster and this house, hopefully repeatedly.

Splendid ocean view home

This oceanfront four bedroom home met all our needs in comfort, space, cleanliness, amenities and location. The home sets high on a sand dune overlooking the beach and ocean, providing the experiences of breathing in the wonderful smells of the ocean breeze while watching a sunset and the rise and ebb of the ocean tides… or hearing the lapping of ocean waves meet the shore before sleep and after just waking up. Not to mention walking down the steps to this beautiful beach below, to further walk the sand flats that are exposed while the tide is ebbing, observing creatures left behind ie. hermit crabs, various types of clams and sea shells etc. The owner was always very responsive and helpful to any questions I had or requests made. I would highly recommend this rental property.

Beautiful spot

Really lovely basic house with steps to a beach. Felt very private with no disturbances from anyone around us. Had all of the things we needed and no issues regarding amenities. Good communication with the owner. Would highly recommend it!

77 steps to the flats! Miles upon miles of fishing! House and kitchen have everything you need including items you didn't know you wanted... excellent location... helpful host with easy communication...true family summer home

Great Stay

Very much as advertised. We came the week leading up to Memorial Day weekend and pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Views are great. Home has a warm, camp-like feel. In a good way. The neighborhood is great and Brewster is a great town. Would return for sure.

Such a beautiful location! Enjoyed walks on the beach, drinks at sunset on the deck and cozy nights around the table playing games with the family. A wonderful relaxing long weekend with family!

Perfect location on the beach

We had a fantastic time with our dogs at this property. It has everything you need to be comfortable and you cannot beat the location next to the beach and some great restaurants nearby. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect vacation!

My family and I loved this house snd location! Could not ask for a better location. We had a view of the ocean from every room. My son, who’s 7, loved exploring all the tide pools at low tide, and the water was warm enough to swim at high tide, but still shallow enough my little swimmer was safe. We found so many crabs, horseshoe crabs, and was able to use the net and beach toys provided to catch and release some. There are ticks in the grass, but ticks are really high this year everywhere. Owner provided bug spray, and thankfully aloe. Easy rules to follow, and great instruction provided. I would love to return!

A quiet getaway

If you want a private beach , and I mean private then this is the place. Literally nobody shares the property and access to your private beach on Cape Cod Bay in Brewster . Million dollar view ! The owner is awesome and very helpful with any questions you might have about the area and property. Our 3rd time staying there ! I just love the privacy !

Amazing views from all north-facing windows

The house was built in 1955, so the interiors reflect that era of building style and show their age. But it is located 70 steps above Cape Cod Bay, which was our highest priority, and we loved watching the tide come in and out, as well as exploring the beach and flats. We had ample room for our group of 7. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and glassware for eating in. We loved the experience of staying on and exploring Cape Cod, and this was the perfect home base for us!

Beautiful view!

A wonderful family weekend with grown daughters and their husbands. Enjoyed fun family dinners on the deck and evenings together in the open family room. The host, Thaddeus was quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful with information. The view is amazing!! So enjoyed the view and walks on the beach right in front of the house. Sunsets and sunrises! A beautiful location!

Fabulous Stay!

We had a wonderful week at this great home on Cape Cod Bay. All was exactly as described in the listing and check in was super easy. Everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy the week. The views are truly spectacular and we really enjoyed the peaceful private beach and beautiful sunsets. Convenient location to shopping, restaurants and other Cape towns. We are so happy to have found this house!

Perfect Cape trip

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful Cape house. The location is everything. We essentially never left the property and that was perfect with 2 small children. Being able to explore the Brewster flats was such a treat. The house itself was lovely, with comfortable beds and the kitchen had every pot/pan/cooking spoon we needed. I can’t recommend this spot more highly.

Beautiful, calm retreat on the Cape!

You get a vibe from a rental house, and this one was that of relaxation and a beautiful view over Cape Cod Bay! You can't escape the view, whether in the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, or even the bathrooms. Relaxation, great view and steps away from the Bay, all as advertised. The rules were brief and clear, the owner was responsive. All good!

Amazing cozy get away!

Our stay at the Woolrych House was amazing! The house was clean and cozy and the owner was awesoem and he was available to answer any questions we had about the property/the area. The views of sunset over the bay were breathtaking! When the tide goes out it goes out for a mile and half, leaving behind small pools of warm water to swim and explore. The kids had a great time collecting critters (hermit crabs etc). Our family had an awesome time and we will absolutely be back next year!

This house has been in our family for five decades. My grandparents looked for the highest bluff on the bay and ultimately settled on this property because it was not only high above the bay but also sat above the location where tide goes further out than anywhere else on the Cape. My grandparents spent their summers here for many decades and now our families get together here in June every year.

You won't find a beach-front/water-front property on the Cape with a bigger house (3 stories), view ( sunsset and sunrise and miles of low tide flats), and more exclusive beach for the value of this place.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our house sits on 1/2 acre with parking for up to six cars. The view as you walk around to the back deck is breathtaking. The tide goes out two miles every day and this is one of the few bodies of water on the Cape that enjoys water temperatures in 70's all summer long. The large private beach is a great place to relax, swim, and have cocktails during the day and to make s’mores at night.
