Wonderful place VERY clean and organized one of the best places we stayed on our 2 week trip. One complaint is parking is very bad but that cannot be helped. Highly recommend

Exactly as listed! Quiet, private spot in a beautiful neighborhood and not a far drive from downtown Seattle. Host is very friendly and responsive, we had an excellent stay. Very comfortable and clean, would absolutely stay again!

Great spot! Walking distance to coffee, market, etc. Close to UW. This is a cozy and clean basement unit. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. There are renters on the main floor. Only gripe is that you could hear footsteps, full conversations and coughing upstairs.

Perfect place to stay for our daughters visits to childrens hospital. Nice and roomy, comfortable furniture and everything you need. Loved the shower!Within walking distance of everything else you might need.

Clean and pleasant, but the ceilings are low and at 6' 2" I had to be careful not to bang my head. Otherwise very nice, private, and great for the hospital.

Nice stay

It was a great stay! Comfortable, thoughtful with little things around like power strips and snacks, and in an excellent location close to trails, the childrens hospital, University Village, and UW. I could easily and safely walk to these locations, even when it was dark. The property manager was also very quick to respond and pleasant to communicate with. It was also a plus to have laundry in unit!

Perfect place for Seattle Childrens, UW, UW Medical Center, and University Village activities.

Apt looks like a brand new set up. Everything was very cute, clean, and worked beautifully. Terrific glass shower. The owner is super friendly and lives next door. (His puppy is adorable if you get the chance to say hi.) It is a basement apartment, but it has wonderful windows so it doesn't really feel like a basement at all. We were super pleased and would stay here again for sure!

A perfect stay

On call and needing to be close to the hospital, it was a true joy to be located so close. Approx two block walk to Seattle children’s, met market, and other amenities. Friendly quiet neighborhood. Pristine clean and spacious unit. Nice tv with apps ready to go. Strong internet. Charger with multiple plugs in the bedroom. All the things that make a stay absolutely easy breezy. Will stay again.

Convenient and nice

Only thing I noticed was the carpet had some food crumbs and some areas seemed a little dusty. I could not get the vacuum to work. Otherwise I was happy with the place. Large space. Host gave clear instructions and check-in and check-out were easy. The location was convenient. Overall very comfortable and nice.
