This charmer has beautifully restored hardwood floors, a modern kitchen, Roku TV, shared washer/dryer, and workspace provided. Enjoy easy off-street parking. Savor nearby dining at Louie's Wine Dive and coffee at Friedrich's - literally across the street. 10-min drive to Downtown. Coin laundry for your convenience.

We are here 8a.m. - MID 7 days a week to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Lots of dining and coffee options. Explore the culinary delights at Louie's Wine Dive or savor a cup of joe at Friedrich's coffee shop, both just across the street. Drake Diner is close by. Drake University is just a few blocks away making this a perfect spot visitors. 3 minutes from I-235 - Downtown Des Moines or Jordan Creek shopping center area are less than 10 minutes away.

stay in Des Moines

There were several issues. The lock box with the keys couldn't be opened, no one knew the code. The automatic deadbolt lock wouldn't open with number pad and could not be fixed remotely. An employee came to building to help and had me download app and it worked but took over 2 hours to get things working and I was late to an engagement. The TV never worked even with texts and calls made to report it. I was told someone would be fixing that and the microwave but they never showed.
