By booking, you read and agree to all of the following house rules:
House Rules:
1. There will be a parking pass inside the unit for you. Please put the parking pass visibly in your car to prevent it from being towed because we are not liable for any charges.
2. If the parking space in the building is full, there is free street parking 24/7 in the area.
3.. Smoking, drug, and vape use are not allowed inside the unit or hallways of the building. There is a $500 fine if discovered.
4. Parties are not allowed on this property, including loud music. There is a $500 fee if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM.
5. A lost, missing, damaged key or fob has a replacement cost of $150.
6. There is a $30 early check in and late check out fee. If you want to check in early, please let us know ahead of time. We will notify you when the unit is ready for early check-in on the day of arrival.
7. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items, including stained sheets and towels equivalent to their brand new prices.
8. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
9. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you`re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you retrieve delivered mail or items.
10. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.
11. By booking, you agree not to hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen on the property, whether inside or outside.
12. There is one noise monitor in the living space. Tampering, blocking, or disconnecting the device will result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
13. Hosts and the property manager must be able to contact you via the phone number you provided if needed.
14. Forgotten items must be retrieved within 6 hours after check-out. Any unclaimed items left beyond this period will be disposed of, and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
15. If you or your party steal or damaged anything from the unit or the property, the person named in the reservation will be held liable.
16. Failure to follow our house rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund and/or immediate removal from the property. We enforce these rules strictly to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests.
17. For the safety and security of all guests, the door code is for your use only. Do not share it with anyone outside of your reservation, including visitors, friends, or delivery personnel. If the code is shared and any issues arise such as theft, damage, or unauthorized access, you will be held responsible, and we are not liable for any resulting loss or incident. Violating this rule may also lead to immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
