We are pleased to hear the condo was clean and appreciate constructive criticism. At the same time it is important to share that your Confirmation containing check-in instructions were in fact emailed to you 9/3 after the Rental Agreement was completed. Of which, specifically requests for you to contact us if you anticipated arriving outside our business hours. Furthermore, we made several attempts to reach you on Friday, with no response. In addition, the office was open 2 hours later than normal in hopes to hear from you. Communication is a two-way street. Had you read your check-in instructions you would have not only known our office hours, but also know that as a safety precaution we do not supply any condiments, spices, etc. Only dish soap, trash bags, amenities, and the like. Going forward, you may find it pertinent to check your email or contact the host prior to your arrival in hopes to avoid any unwanted surprises. Respectfully, Simca Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC
