This home is spacious and will comfortably accommodate a large family of 8. Each bedroom has a king size bed and the living area has a pull out sleeper perfect for the kids. 6 minute walk to the beach. Pool, hot tub, gym, and basketball court is just a few houses away.

Step inside and feel instantly at home with a spacious open-concept living area that keeps everyone connected, whether you’re cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, relaxing on the sofa, or planning your next adventure. Each of the three cozy bedrooms offers the perfect space for unwinding, whether you’re curling up with a book or catching a movie on the TV.



Out back, enjoy a private patio area where you can bask in the warm Florida breeze or fire up the grill for a family cookout. With everything you need at your fingertips, *Las Tortugas* is the ideal setting for a memorable vacation with your loved ones.



Please note that while we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed on the property. We want to ensure that all our guests can enjoy a clean, allergen-free environment, and sometimes even pets need a getaway of their own! We appreciate your understanding and hope your stay is as relaxing as possible.



In addition, the home has a driveway that only accommodates 2 cars and unfortunately on street parking is not permitted via the HOA.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Getting Around:

You can easily get around by walking to the beach, restaurant, and shared amenities. If you want to explore Destin, driving would be your best bet. You can also rent a golf cart or bikes during your stay.
