This dreamy beach cottage has amazing panoramic views of Newport Harbor main channel and is close to the beach...watch the sunset and sunrise from your master bedroom balcony as nothing blocks your breathtaking unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Island, Newport Harbor and Corona del Mar Beach.
You are just minutes from world-class shopping at Fashion Island, Balboa Island, Crystal Cove State Park, Pelican Hill Resort and Golf Course, Laguna Beach, and the famous ocean beaches on Newport Beach's Balboa Peninsula.

The Kitchen comes fully furnished with Kitchen Appliances and all amenities needed to have home cooked meals and fresh coffee to wake up to. The all white counter tops and skylights create a clean, vibrant atmosphere to begin your day.

The living room is great for endless entertainment with pristine bay views and fireplace. All white linen couches, swivel chairs and hardwood floors leading out to the large deck with cozy patio furniture is where most all of your time will be spent.

The study makes working from home not so bad with the ocean breeze flowing in on the large white wood desk. The room is very versatile having everything you need for an office and a full bed. Just off the study is a full bathroom with rain head shower.

The master bedroom suite comes with a California king bed overlooking the beautiful blue Newport harbor. Walk in closet to granite top bathroom with Dual head shower. The master includes a 65inch flat screen TV, white sectional living room, with stacking doors to bring the outside in. Seating area with fire pit and Jacuzzi just outside the master doors.

The two back bedrooms have queen beds and a shared living room with flat screen TV. Bathroom with ocean views from walk in shower.

The home includes attached garage with washer and dryer. Everything needed for the beach (towels, balls, paddleball, umbrella, chairs ect)

Fantastic View

The property is very nice and the view over Newport Beach Harbour is fantastic. Great location to dining and beautiful walks along the ocean overlooking Corona Del Mar Beach! Great experience and jacuzzi is awesome as well.

CDM Gem

My family and I travel to Corona Del Mar every year and this year was the best yet. Tyler’s hospitality and home were a huge part of that. We were welcomed with a beautiful wine, a case of Fiji water and an amazing view! The house is located in a great location, close to Begonia Park and easy access through out CDM.

Hidden gem in Corona Del Mar

Our stay at Tyler's home was nothing short of spectacular! Upon arrival on our first day, I don't think we left the back deck (you'll have to check in yourself to understand why). Tyler is a wonderful, very communicative host who welcomed us graciously with all the information we needed concerning the home as well as a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. The location of the charming cottage will not disappointment, I promise you! It's situated on one the most desirable streets in CDM, walking distance to Begnoia Park, Pacific Coast Highway, down to Bayside and so much more. There is a private courtyard with al fresco dining, a sunlight galley kitchen that opens up to the most spoiling views imaginable...Balboa Bay, the Peninsula and the ocean. When you don't think it could get any better, you have another front row view from your master bedroom below with ample seating and a hot tub! Not many rentals can afford what this homes has to offer, you won't find another one like it. The house itself is perfect for your immediate family or even if you are traveling with others. It was pristine when we arrived and checked in, you can tell it is well loved and maintained. Thank you, Tyler, for preserving one of CDM's last original cottage homes in the area and letting families enjoy the beautiful views!!

Stay of a Lifetime!

We arrived in a quaint, quiet, but beautiful neighborhood with some of the best weather I had experienced. The street side arrival reveals a calm and relaxing sensation, but once through the front door the ultimate experience is exposed. Jaw Dropping awe-ness! This luxurious Newport area destination has it all. From the best of the views along the coast to the the walking distance of the amazing restaurants and boutique style shops. While enjoying our stay, it was obvious the rental was well managed. I will highly recommend this Beach Cottage to anyone who is looking for the total package.

Simply Perfect Getaway Home

Amazing

This house is amazing! It has the best view I have ever seen - must see. The house is perfect and the owner (Tyler) was great to work with. Walking distance to the beach, food and the mall. Every morning we would wake up and drink coffee on the balcony overlooking the famous wedge surf spot. I’ll rent this place again – well worth every penny.

The Grover Family

We just completed a fantastic 10 day stay at this property. The view of the bay and ocean are phenomenal. Great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance and all types of entertainment nearby. A big plus is that the home is located on a quiet street, with plenty of parking for guests, The house was very clean and well stocked, and the owner was very easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

What an awesome place for 4th of July!!!

Our grown children and grands gathered from the corners of the world - Hong Kong, East Coast and mid-America to spend 7 fabulous days in this gorgeous home with a view to die for!! Our first evening we were delighted with a fantastic fireworks display right outside the patio!! We had the best seats on the coast! Everything was spotless, well maintained and Tyler was a dream to work with. He went above and beyond to assure our vacation was perfect! We shopped in nearby Fashion Island, ate some fabulous meals from the grill right outside the door (we ate in because there was no place prettier in the area)!! Even entertained friends and shared photos on our Facebook page. Everyone thought I was a genius to find such a gem (thank you Tyler for making me look good!) We will most certainly enjoy all that this property has to offer again!

Amazing view!! Best expierence!

From the moment we arrived it was the best experience! The view from the top balcony is one of the best offered in Newport! The home was beautiful inside & out. Ample space for our large family & very clean. The owners were more than accommodating. Going so far as to bring toys & movies for us to use during our stay for my young children. The downstairs outside area was equally amazing with the fire pit & hot tub! There is a park right down the street we enjoyed walking to as well as a close grocery store & tons of restaurants & shopping. The owner gave us great suggestions on where to go & all were spot on! I really can't write a better review for this wonderful property & we can't wait to go back soon!

Best house in Corona del Mar

I stayed at this property for one week with my family and it was amazing. Pictures can not express the essence of this property. I still to this day dream about that breathtaking sunset while soaking in the jacuzzi. There is no other property in the world like this. It has a cozy Cape Cod cottage feel with a southern California beachy vibe. Tyler (property owner) went above and beyond on multiple occasions making it feel like we were staying at a 5 star resort. A park around the corner was perfect for our 7 year old son. Every night we walked to dinner. Among our favorites were El Ranchito for taco Tuesday, Port Restaurant has live music every night, Gulfstream has a great outside lounging area, Bungalow for martinis, Crow Bar on Thursdays, The Wine Gallery has a great selection, Quiet Woman on Wednesdays, Rothschild for a quiet Italian cuisine and The Side Door is the best hidden gem in town. I recommend this property to someone who is looking for more than what a hotel can provide and more than any other vacation rental in the area can provide.

Loved It!!!

We spent two weeks at this home during our Thanksgiving vacation and could not have been more pleased. The view from this home is unlike any other. We spent a great amount of our time relaxing on the upper deck, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit and in the jacuzzi with our kids. The location is perfect for walking with the family. The park at the end of the street is so convenient. We walked to almost every dinner and stopped for frozen yogurt on the way home! We cannot wait to come back to this charming beach house in the summer. My favorite is the water pressure in the showers!
