The basement doubles as a furnished game room including a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, Roku and cable smart TV's, bikes, soft top surf board, boogie boards, beach gear and dart board. This property offers shared tennis courts, heated pool and Jacuzzi.

The ocean and sunset views from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and dining room will blow you away! If you are lucky you might even get to see a whale swimming by!
The basement doubles as a furnished game room including a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, avenger pinball game, bikes, surfboard, a couple of boogie boards, beach gear, beach chairs/ umbrella, mini fridge, cooler, wagon and beach toys all for you to use. This property offers shared tennis courts, heated pool and Jacuzzi.
Our home is located in the heart of Newport Beach with unobstructed ocean views (you can see HB pier all the way to the Newport pier) from 2 ocean view balconies. Relax and watch the sun set or enjoy our fireplace, depending on what time of year you visit. Great ocean breezes, central AC and heat will make your stay very comfortable and a wonderful ocean view park right out front great for the kids.
This space is special and includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a home office area in the master bedroom complete with ocean views and a second balcony overlooking the ocean.
Bikes:
We include plenty of bikes for you to use to enjoy the 17 mile long ocean bike path right down the street.
PARKING: We have room for 2 cars in the driveway in front of the garage.
FUN AMENITIES:
Game room, pool table/ ping pong, foosball, dart board, bikes, wagon, scooter, boogie board, surf board, games, pinball and beach gear.
HOUSE RULES:
After you reserve we will have you sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules.
You must be 28 years of age. If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation.
Bedding:
Master King bed
2nd bedroom Queen bed
3rd bedroom bunk bed with 2 twins and a third twin
living room pull out king bed
We prefer smaller groups but if you are a larger group (9 people is the max) it should consist of 3 children for the smaller twin beds.
NO PARTIES:
No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit.
No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm.
No extra people than the people in your group listed above.
NO SMOKING:
All of our properties are NO SMOKING.
Evidence of smoking or vaping inside of home can result in loss of damage deposit.
Camper Vans are not permitted within the community.
PETS:
Dogs are considered on a case by case basis please reach out to us first and tell us what kind of dog you wish to bring: age, weight, and breed. We prefer one dog not multiple dogs but feel free to ask. We do not allow cats.
PET FRIENDLY UNITS:
If you have rented a pet friendly unit
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet waste.
-Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
-All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm prevention is highly recommended.
-All pets are to be treated with flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets.
-Complaints of loud barking can result in termination of the rental agreement, you and/or the pet would need to be vacated from the property.
-All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
So Cal Hot Properties and its owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises. Separate Pet Deposits and Fees are due where applicable.
