Hillside is a large, well laid-out two story rock home that's a perfect Frio River getaway. There are (2) custom designed swimming pools, with multi-level relaxation areas for summer time fun! The swimming pools are located behind the house on an elevated hillside with an adult pool and kids pool. There's a massive poolside shade structure and poolside half bathroom. There are 2 levels of poolside patio's with awesome mountain views for the ultimate in family entertainment.

As you sit on the wide, long front porch you can gaze across a majestic vista of nearby and distant mountains views. Because Hillside faces West, the sunsets are the highlight of every evening - while sunrises rise up over the mountain top behind the house.

Live the alfresco life, with an adult deep pool has a wall that overflows into the kids pool, one above the other. Tons of outdoor patio furniture provides ample seating & lounging for daytime and night time enjoyment.

Inside there is a big, family size living room with 42" TV, vaulted ceiling that leads into the open concept kitchen. New stained concrete floors, kitchen bar with bar stools and extra refrigerator for keeping your drinks cold.
Downstairs you'll find (3) bedrooms, including the master en-suite and another bathroom. Upstairs there are (2) more bedrooms, each with a bathroom and in between is a loft overlooking the downstairs that has multiple twin beds. There's also a pretty Romeo & Juliet balcony overlooking the pool and mountainside.

Outside there's a large, grassy front lawn, handsome gazebo and large charcoal smoker. The wide, long front porch has stunning mountain views. The property is not overlooked, with a mountain behind the house and in front for privacy.

Located alongside the bottom of the mountainside in Canyon Oaks, Hillside is an inspirational vacation house. The house sleeps 22, with 5 bedrooms, 1 sleeping landing and 5 full baths. With soaring vaulted ceilings, rock wood burning fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, we think the house is really cool. Sheets and towels are not provided, but can be for an additional fee if ordered 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Covered fire pit pavilion, along with a horseshoe pit and stairs leading to an outstanding outdoor entertainment area that is sure to please the entire family and is THE place to relax! With a full length covered front porch to soak in the views, picnic tables, rock patio fire pit pavilion, BBQ area, horseshoes and ring toss this is the vacation home every family wants if they love spending time outdoors.
