Fully Self contained 1bedroom spacious unit adjoining rear of owners home.

Unit has its own front door entrance and laundry facilities with clothes line and courtyard with huge remote controlled awning across rear glass doors. Outdoor setting in paved courtyard and small raised garden and pot plants to make it homely. Quiet suburb in a closed off semi culdesac section even though we are near a small plane airport. Short walk to bus stop, 5 minute drive to train station and Gateways shopping center. Small dog considered. Lots of parks, walkways and bike paths. Room for a vehicle and trailer/small caravan could be considered.

This well appointed self contained unit which adjoins a lovely family home offers a high end luxurious feel that allows you to relax and enjoy a good book or movie after a long and difficult day. The property has a seperate fenced outdoor area and side access allowing for streamlined check in and complete privacy during your stay. I would recommend giving this lovely property a go on your best vacay or work function.

We are very quiet living people and you have private access and courtyard area which is fenced off and we do not interfer in you having quiet enjoyment while you are living here.

Very friendly neighborhood with many parks and walkways. 5 minutes to Gateways Shopping Centre, 10 minutes to movie theatre within Willetton Southlands Shopping Centre and all amenities you may need within 10 minutes.

The unit is like a 1 bedroom apartment with its own access and has a parking space on verge so no contact with us is necessary after check in until check out.
