Our stay at the cabin was absolutely amazing! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and very accommodating. We had no complaints whatsoever and truly appreciated the host’s hospitality and the wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything was great, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful place and would absolutely recommend it to others. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

This was our second stay at this beautiful cabin and it won't be our last! The view of the Smoky Mountains from the back deck is spectacular. The cabin has everything you could possibly need and it is kept very clean. I love that the deer graze through the back yard while we are sitting on the deck. The host is always very quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with. Very highly recommend this cabin!

Everything was great!!! Only downside was no washing machine/dryer because it had unfortunately broke the day before our trip… but it is a small town so it’s understandable things can’t be fixed instantaneously. Other than that, amazing view, very clean, and amazing amenities. 100% worth your time, I promise you.

A beautiful private setting with gorgeous mountain view. The cabin was so relaxing with rockers on one porch and sun lounge on the other porch. The gas fireplace was delightful for a few cool mornings! So comfortable and well appointed. This location was so easy to enjoy the charming nearby towns and beautiful mountain drives! We can't wait til' our next visit!

Hi Wesley, The cabin uses mountain well water with natural minerals and a filtration system. We monitor and adjust the system to maintain water quality, as natural factors such as water tables and weather conditions can occasionally affect mountain water We’re always happy to assist during a stay and encourage guests to reach out so we can quickly take care of anything that may arise. Cabin was extremely clean and quiet! Went to waterfalls and dinners out every day but didn’t need to. Had deer at the grounds every day, bucks, does and fawns. Great stay and I highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. We stayed for a week. Great location, convenient to Franklin, Highlands, Bryson City, Nantahala NF. Rooms are very clean with a well appointed kitchen - cozy, but not cramped - plenty of space to stretch out. The best part was relaxing on the porch to watch the sunset over the mountains each evening. Definitely recommend the experience!

We were pleasantly surprised with this treasure of a cabin and will be return guests. It was exactly as described and better. First, our host Areti was attentive and quick to answer questions and to resolve any issues. For instance, the shower curtain rod suddenly fell and my husband could not get it to stay. She had a new one delivered that day along with a gift just for us and a bag of corn to feed the local wildlife. Steve easily installed the new rod, and the corn attracted the wildlife. We got to enjoy seeing deer, squirrels, and birds. The bed was super comfortable. I was concerned about heavily scented sheets and brought our own, but we never needed them. We were so grateful that her cleaning service did not use the overly scented Fabuloso or other equally heavily perfumed cleaners and soaps. The kitchen was well appointed. I made coffee daily and cooked breakfast all but one day. The stainless steel cookware was perfect for the electric stove.The deck is the place to be for coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. The mountains were cloaked every morning with a blanket of low hanging clouds that slowly rose and dissipated. We were gone much of every day we were there and only got back to see a couple of sunsets that were stunning! The next time I will plan better so we can catch more. We stayed out on the deck late enough two nights to hear two Screech Owls. One was quite close and the other was further out as it answered the call. Great Stay!!

I grew up in Cowee Valley; it's my home sweet home. I love the mountains and want to spend as much time back home as I can. So, the cabin was built so I could come back home. While I'm not there, I share my special little cabin with you.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The land that the cabin is built on has been in my family for generations. A little old white cabin used to sit near the existing cabin which belonged to my great-grandmother. Growing up in Cowee Valley and missing the presence of her cabin, encouraged me to build this cabin near where the other used to stand. My parent's home is a stone's throw away from the cabin as well as other family members, so, it's a great place for me to take a break, relax and visit family. I love my special cabin and want to share my favorite getaway with you.

The cabin was custom built with pure love. It has a beautiful roadside and its forest is home of lots of wildlife.

Franklin and the surrounding area is loaded with beautiful sightseeing, specialty shops, and fun activities. You really have to see the beauty for yourself!
