What a great Big Bear experience! The house was beautifully decorated with woodsy decor. Host was great to work with. Cabin was spotless! We had a fabulous time and will rent again!!

We had 12 adult family members staying together. The house was perfect for us! The inside space was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The pool was great! The location was awesome, away from the strip but just a quick drive and your in the action.

Great stay! Plenty of space, loved the kitchen and amenities, pool was super clean and ping pong. Outdoor space was nice. Very quiet. Only issue we had was only half the house had air conditioning. The 3 other rooms were hot. Luckily we found a fan, but that was the only issue we ran into. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend for bigger groups.

Our stay at this VRBO was absolutely amazing. The host was a pleasure to work with; very communicative, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and the home was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the Las Vegas area.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and everyone who stayed there was raving about it. The location is close enough to The Strip to be convenient but not in the thick of the action. The surrounding area is very calm and the house itself was very quiet and spacious. We also saw three peacocks flying around which was a surprise delight. Thanks for making our stay exceptional.

Great Place`

Fantastic place, very clean and tons of space. Host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Close to the airport and the strip, which made it a perfect location for a Vegas weekend.

This was a great place to stay! The game room was such a fun place for the kids to play. There was plenty of room. The backyard was nice and spacious. The property manager was very responsive and kind. We will be back to stay again.

Nice Home for a Family Gathering

This home was well appointed and had great amenities. There was plenty of room for all my cousins that joined in on our mini family reunion. The pool was wonderful and the kichen was the hub of the festivities.

Multiple master bedrooms, amazing kitchen, and a private pool. What more could you need?!

My communication with Hodi was excellent. The check in and check out was a breeze. The house is big and in a great area. It’s at the end of a cul-de-sac and is very private and safe. It feels like you’re out in the country, then you’re just a few minutes from the strip. The kitchen is huge, and beautiful. Great experience.

Amazing!

I came to celebrate my birthday and the house exceeded all my expectations and I had an amazing time. The house was clean and was enough space for nine people. Hodi was an amazing host and responded really quickly.

Let me just say first that this house had everything you can imagine to entertain kids and teenagers along with adults. Also, Hodi was amazing and quickly responded to a few minor issues we had. It was taken care of asap! We will definitely book this house again for our future Las Vegas trips!!! Couldn’t ask for a better Host!

This is what happens when an owner does not maintain a property. We reneted this VRBO for 5 adults attending a conference on the strip the beginning of May 2026 for a week. We are all colleagues at the same business. 3 of us rated the unit 5 out of 10. 2 rated it 6 out of 10. Pro's:- close to strip- large house- at some point someone put money into the kitchen and bathrooms.Cons:- general maintenence issues including loose taps, cabinets separating from walls, no screens on windows- cleanliness including sticky floors, pool was really dirty, you can put your fingers through the bath towels provided, etc..- no salt/pepper, sugar or species. -location is in an equestrian park backing on to a horse stable. There are wild peacocks the in the area..which may seem cool/interesting...but they get on the roof at 6am and screech like a loud cat.

Quite and peaceful

First off they have peacocks everywhere and of all ages, they are so fun to watch and the babies were adorable! They don’t bother you and just give you some great entertainment. The parking inside the gate is big enough to fit two long bed trucks towing extra long trailers and two F150’s with the gate being able to close perfectly. Half the driveway is covered and has 10 feet of clearance. There is zero ability for street parking. Beds were comfortable and the water gets hot and stay hot quickly which is so nice. The host is great with communication and made everything so easy. Felt very safe in the area which is a must for us.
