This amazing property was discovered by a California company who envisioned having their own desert retreat in southern Nevada. We have partnered with them to offer this beautiful home as a getaway for leisure and business travelers like you. At over 5000 square feet of custom luxury, The Sedona home can accommodate up to 10 guests with ease. Along with the home itself comes almost two acres of privately gated land including a swimming pool and spa (complete with diving board), a lighted tennis court with grandstand, a basketball hoop, a gigantic custom fire pit and beautifully landscaped grounds. Last but not least, the location of The Sedona is perfect for crashing the Strip every night, having convenient access to the Las Vegas Convention Center or exploring all the great things to do in Southern Nevada and the surrounding states.

With a rich Las Vegas history, The Sedona home has seen a number of transformations over the years but I believe this last one is the best. The natural flow of this single story home coupled with its extensive views of the well manicured grounds offer a feeling not found in many places inside the city. The main areas of the home are open to one another and are decorated with simplistic elegance. Enjoy the custom floor-to-ceiling natural rock fireplace which serves as the centerpiece and is surrounded by the family room, game room, kitchen, dining room and rec area. The open kitchen can accommodate a chef's duties with ease and the extra long dining table seats up to 12. Additional seating is available at the bar. Whether its watching the big game, shooting a game of 9 ball or playing some shuffleboard, you will really appreciate the care and imagination that has gone into this great home.

The bedrooms at The Sedona are as unique as the home itself. A primary suite complete with king size bed, sitting area, large screen TV, additional retreat area, primary bath and two separate entrances sits on one side of this estate. On the other end of the home, you'll find two more spacious bedrooms, both with bathrooms and a private laundry area. Two additional bedrooms and a bathroom complete the sleeping accommodations in the main house. Several steps outside the front door sits the casita with a 6th bedroom and full bathroom. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. Complementary WiFi keeps you connected, or not, as you wish. Of course, your health and safety are of paramount importance to us and we have reviewed our cleaning practices to ensure that your stay is worry free.

Venturing outside is a must and will not disappoint. The entire grounds is landscaped and manicured with various gathering places and secluded spots as well. Relax and catch some rays by the large pool and spa (heat will be an additional cost) or sit under the shady gazebo to watch the fun. Have a round robin tennis (or pickleball) tournament while being cheered on by your companions from the grandstand. In the evening, enjoy the crackle and sputter of a cozy fire in the oversized fire pit. Wander the grounds and learn about the natural beauty of the desert flora and fauna.

To cap it all off, The Sedona is convenient to many of the areas you will want to experience while you are in Las Vegas. Just a 15 minute Uber ride away is the fabulous Las Vegas Strip, The Fremont Experience and Downtown Arts District, The Las Vegas Convention Center, several renowned golf courses and all the dining and shopping you can handle. If security is of importance to you, the home is completely walled and gated and equipped with a home security system and cameras for your use as requested.
