Stayed for new yrs, me and my husband had a good time. We didn't have to drive anywhere we walked to restaurants and bars. Place is great, neighborhood is great will definitely stay again.

Great house in a great location with everything you need and lots of space and responsive great host… only minor detail is not having garage opener and one key to get in and out so when you come and go you have to pull out of garage leave you car parked then go back in to shut the garage, and then go out the front door on the other side, lock the front door, and then walk back around to the back of the house where you car is still sitting… every time you leave… then when you come back it’s the same process reversed.

Short stay

The property was located in a very convenient location and there was plenty of space for our family. There was some clutter in the garage which made it difficult to pull in both cars. And a recommendation I would make to the property owner for the next renters would be to have updated towels and linens for the bathrooms as well as the kitchen as there were hardly any available. Also, I would recommend adding dishwashing detergent to be able to clean dishes and utensils after meals and for final cleanup before they leave.

Thank you Brian for your sincere recommendations. We have extra linens and towels. They are located in the second room. I wish you had asked for them. Dish washing soap was under the counter and the regular dish soap was on the sink counter.

Worn & Dated

Please take pictures of this property upon entry. You have to park in the garage which upon our arrival was lined with trash, a broken pool table, broken TV, as well as huge cardboard boxes making it difficult to pull in with a van. You have to walk down the side of the building to the front to unlock the door to open the garage. As there is no way into the garage from the back. After we parked in the garage. We walked into a 3 level townhouse with rails that were not properly secured to the wall. These rails were leading up to the second level from the garage. There is unsanded mudding around these rails. Be advised to take pictures of that. On our day of arrival there were heat advisories making the townhome 87. The windows couldn't be opened as there were no screens. As well as an inoperable ceiling fan in the living room just beyond the kitchen. There is a small dining table with a big oval light. Please take a picture of the ceiling to ensure the changing out of light fixtures isn't blamed on you. Shame on me for not taking pictures as I am now being accused of these damages. I've learned a valuable lesson! In lieu of leaving a not so positive review, that I didn't care to write. Please take pictures of everything you find wrong and send them to the owner as not to get blamed for other's wrong doing or just poor property maintenance.

I am sorry you have to leave this kind of review for me after all I did to ensure your stay was pleasant. Half of the things you said are false. Our windows are openable and the airconditioner is epic. Thankful for all our five stars that speaks volumes. The railing has been fixed and I wish you luck renting again. We can’t all be cordial, sincere and respectful, so I get it. Please read through other reviews before you take your decisions. Thank You all including you Shelia as you have just made me understand human dynamics better

Alexis did not even stay at mine. She cancelled at the last minute even though I had reached out to her earlier to know her ETA. I was not able to accommodate her early check in because we had a previous guest and that’s why she gave this horrible review. She did not even access the property. I did not review her because there was nothing to review since she canceled. Some people are just not pleaseable. Hmmm
