Looking for an amazing location with access to the most beautiful beach in the country and close to the famous Siesta Key Village? Look no further! This 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo (sleeps 6) sits directly across from the main entrance of Siesta Key Beach, voted #1 Beach in US. This large condo is light and bright with floor to ceiling windows, 2 large balconies, and has a great view of the ocean. It's stylish and recently renovated with everything you need for a restful and memorable vacation. Comes with beach chairs, umbrella beach towels and outside parking for 2 cars.

Minimum age requirement per HOA laws, 26 to book.

This property has an active Ring doorbell at the main entrance.

The property location is excellent. you really are not walking distance to Siesta Village, but it is very close for driving. The property was clean and very comfortable.

Great place to stay. Location is perfect to walk across the street to the beach. Sitting out on the balcony to enjoy the water and sunsets were perfect. Place is spacious and very clean

What a great complex! My family and I stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. The location was so convenient, and the condo itself was immaculate! Will stay here again!

Beautiful condo and views! Clean, great location. Also provided lots of beach chairs, towels, etc. for beach days. Pool was also great.

This is our second year in the building.We really enjoyed this unit.It gave us a complete beach feature.Love this shiplap on the ceilings and all the furniture.\nEverything was ready and prepared for us as we got there. We would love to come back to the same unit next year.\ we went down to casperson beach. The Son got to find some shark teeth. Everyone should go there if they love sharks. We also went down to point of rocks, met some very nice locals didn't get to see any marine life.But we did see a manatee down there and on our last day , in florida , we swam with a manatee,dolphins and found a whole sea dollar , it made it magical.

Very clean updated and spacious condo! Was in the middle of the north and south end so the trolley was just a few minutes away to take you to shopping, restaurants etc. Public beach was across the street and chairs and towels were provided. (Cooler and wagon also!) They are renovating the windows and tennis courts and there was loud noises at the pool from jack hammer and the workers on the 6th floor starting around 8 am. We were out most of the day so it didn’t bother us too much. If this is an important factor, check the status of their renovations before booking. There wasn’t any coffee or anything, so we did a delivery from Publix which was convenient. Over all was a great stay for a quiet relaxing girls get away!

The HOA made another last-minute schedule change, which was unfortunately outside of our control. Please know that if the construction becomes disruptive during a stay, we’re always happy to discuss moving you to another accommodation when available.
