Spend your vacation days relaxing in the sunroom, reading a book, and watching the birds. Walk into the village of South Chatham or down to the beach for a day in the sand. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, central AC for the hotter summer days, and a large grassy yard for dining, playing, or relaxing!
