This cabin is great for a getaway in the city. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do; a cozy little place to stay! I would definitely come back to Kit's Cabin.
Cabin as described-clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having our dog with us and walking in the neighborhood. Recommend and would stay again if in the area.
Kits Cabin was a wonderful retreat! The host was super from start to finish about communication and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The perfect cabin with the most comfortable bed…we will be back for sure!
We could not have asked for a better experience! Communication with the host was excellent. The cabin had everything we needed and was so cozy for our winter weekend getaway. We’ve already talked about making it a yearly tradition and hope we get to go back next year!
The cabin was beautiful! Every room was decorated beautifully, sparkling clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer! Highly recommend!
Fun, unique and excellent find and the host was awesome as well. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to others and certainly return here myself. Steve
Who knew you could stay in a gorgeous rustic log cabin in the heart of the city! Great all season place to stay! Large kitchen and dining area, very comfortable sitting room with lots of room and a wood burning fireplace (too warm for us to use!) Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Indianapolis! Host is very good and easy to work with.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. Come back soon!
Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful and quiet, but not too far away from things to do. Kitchen amenities are wonferful; just bring what you want to cook and they provide the rest. Bathroom is small, but still very nice! Would Absolutely stay here again!
Great place to stay. Love the history of the cabin being first constructed in 1860 and then moved to the new site where it now stands. Decor matches perfectly. I will check for availability here first when staying in Indy.
This was a perfect location for us. It was cozy and comfortable. The only suggestion we would have is to provide some kleenex and blankets. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Hi Wende. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. Next time, just send me a message if you can’t find something. I’m always happy to help! There are plenty of blankets in the closet and basket by the fireplace as well as a few extra throw blankets. I’ll make sure the Kleenex gets restocked. Thanks for letting me know.
We enjoyed have a full kitchen for our leftovers and all the accommodations to reheat it the next morning. SmartTV gave us access to any app service we needed.
