The luxury condominium is located in Holmes Beach. The house is fully furnished and has 2 balconies, one behind full screend and the other is in front of with nice afternoon sun. The condo has a 3 level layout with open space living, dining and kitchen area on the main (2nd) level. Two bedrooms are on the top level (masterbedroom with bath and another bedroom with queensize bed and the second bath). The community pool is just few steps behind the house,only condo owners can use it (privat Poolkey).

The condo had everything we needed and is very well maintained. This was our 4th year and each year the owners work hard to make improvements. Especially after the 2 hurricanes we were pleased to find the property insuch good shape.

Wonderful stay in a smashing property

We have just had two wonderful weeks in Rudi and Silvia’s home. The house was fantastic. It is our third time staying in Holmes Beach and this time was lovely. House is well equipped and was spotless. The property was perfect for what we were after, Beach, pool and a bit of local sightseeing. Cannot recommend enough as a destination and the accommodation. We spent time at the airport trying to work out how soon we could return 😎

Great house, great location

We loved every minute of our stay and this house was a big part! It's in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the beach, restaurants and stores. The house was very clean, modern and well appointed. Highly recommend!

The owners were great. But it felt like the HOA was watching us because they left us a note on the door about rules we were unaware of. We had a very nice stay otherwise.

Great smaller rental in our favorite area

This was our 6th time (over 20 years) on Anna Maria Island and our 4th time staying in North Beach Village. Previously we have stayed in larger units as we had our older children and their grandmother with us. This year we only had our youngest daughter, so the two-bedroom layout was perfect. There were plenty of extra linens and towels. We spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch, which was perfect for a quiet cup of morning coffee. We ate most of our meals there as well. The community pool was clean as always; the same for the pool bathrooms. The beach is a short walk and we appreciated the wagon and the beach chairs that were in the unit. The owners were very responsive to email and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Quiet, family friendly condo complex

We enjoyed our stay here during spring break week. We had everything we needed-- a well stocked kitchen, ample towels and linens, gas grill, beach chairs, etc. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and peaceful surroundings. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

This unit is located in a great spot on Anna Maria Island close to the beach and numerous restaurants. It was very clean and highly organized, having everything renters would need. The owners have obviously taken great care and planning in the unit. The centralized pool was great. We would highly recommend this unit and hope to return.

Heaven on Earth

The condo met all of our expectations. It was a short walk to a terrific beach. The owners are from Germany but the communications were good. We discovered there was no BBQ grill so we spoke to the owners and they agreed to purchase one and have it delivered right away. The kitchen was well stocked with China, silverware and the like. The beds were fine although only one set of sheets was provided for our three week stay. The pool was good and not at all crowded. We were happy with the condo and Anna Maria is a great place to vacation.

fabulous winter getaway

We loved Anna Maria Island and staying in your darling condo. It was a short walk to the beach, so many options of restaurants within walking distance and the condo had everything that we needed in addition to being very clean and well kept.

Great beautiful place to stay.

Beautiful place to stay everything was excellent minus one thing did not give us the unit number so made it difficult to find the unit we need to stay in. I would stay there again for sure.

If you can live without gulf view, this is the place to be. Calm, cozy and beautiful complex.

Ein perfektes Zuhause auf AMI

Sehr schöne Doppelhaushälfte mit gemütlicher und gepflegter Einrichtung. Sehr sauber. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub gebrauchen kann (Strandschirme, -stühle, Kühlboxen, ältere aber funtionstüchtige Beachcruiser (Fahrräder), Buddelsachen für die Kleinsten, Strandtücher, etc.). Gute und reichhaltige Küchenausstattung, sehr gute Waschmaschine und Trockner. Schöner Balkon, gute Betten, gemütliches Wohnzimmer. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Perfekte Beschreibung für die Gäste liegt aus. Der Poolbereich ist (zumindest für uns) durch die relativ dichte Umzäunung nicht besonders einladend, für eine kurze Abkühlung aber allemal ausreichend. Netter Email-Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder!

Empfehlenswert !

Wir haben uns eine Woche lang sehr sehr wohlgefühlt, in diesem wunderschönen, mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Condo. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, wenn man das Haus betritt. Fam. Bühler hat hier bei der Einrichtung des Hauses wirklich an alles gedacht. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Schlafzimmer, das Wohnzimmer, die Bäder, alles wie beschrieben und in einem einwandfreien, super sauberen Zustand. Die Küche hat eine Komplettausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sogar eine komplette Strandausrüstung, incl. 2 Fahrräder gehören dazu. Den Strand erreicht man in ca. 4 min zu Fuss. Leider ging der Urlaub viel zu schnell vorbei, aber nach dem Urlaub, ist vor dem Urlaub. AMI gehört zu unseren Lieblingsurlaubszielen und die Unterkunft von Fam. Bühler gehört jetzt auch dazu.

Sehr schönes und top ausgestattetes Haus!

Hallo, wir waren Mitte Juli 2018 für 6 Nächte in dem, von den Vermietern mit viel Liebe ausgestattetem Haus. Es hat uns rundum sehr gut gefallen und wir können dieses Feriendomizil wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Die einzelnen Räume sind liebevoll ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber. Bis hin zur Strandausrüstung ist eigentlich alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Weg zum schönen Holmes Beach ist nur ca. 5 Minuten. Einzigen Kritikpunkt in der Anlage ist, dass ein Kind mit 13 Jahren nicht ohne Begleitung eines Elternteiles an den gemeinschaftlichen Pool darf. Ich denke das ist ganz Zeitgemäß. Aber dafür können unsere netten Vermieter denke nichts, mit denen wir auch einen super Kontakt hatten. Vielen Dank an die Familie Bühler, es war sehr schön! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
