Paul made every effort to make our stay enjoyable - from booking to quickly answering questions as they came up. The home is beautifully renovated, and the view is extraordinary. Being so close to the beach and Millie's made it a great option for our family. We're already talking about how quickly we can get back!

Amazing views and Relaxation at the Beach!

This what a relaxing stay at the beach, supper nicely renovated home, everything is so clean and new like we’re the first ones to stay here. Incredible views from this wall of glass, I can’t recall another home we’ve staying in on Nantucket with such views, and felt like all our own. We’ll be rebooking next summer for sure! The owners were also very attentive to our needs.

Perfect family get away!

We’ve been coming to Nantucket for a number of years and the entire family absolutely loved this rental! So nicely done and plenty of room for our family of 8. Spacious gathering areas, bedrooms and enough bathrooms for everyone. Our favorite spot to spend time however was outside at the large table on the back deck. Great views and ocean breezes. The property had all the amenities we needed for cooking family meals as well as spending time at the beach, which was steps away. Owner was extremely responsive with our questions. We’ll be back!

A great week!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Madaket property! The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to the beach and close to our family friends, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. The house itself is beautifully maintained and fully equipped with everything we needed and then some. From kitchen essentials to beach gear, nothing was overlooked. What really set this rental apart, though, was the exceptional attention from both the owner and the caretaker. They were incredibly proactive, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was as seamless and comfortable as possible. Any question we had was handled immediately and with care. We would absolutely love to return next summer. Highly recommended!

Madeket Getaway

Our three-generation family spent a wonderful vacation week at GreySeal. The location, a short walk down the block to the beach and a stone’s throw to Millie’s, was perfect for our stay in Madeket. The house’s layout worked well for our party. The open-plan main level of the house provides spacious kitchen, dining and sitting areas, and leads out to a well-appointed deck. We appreciated having various cozy seating areas on each level of the house. The two primary bedrooms are luxuriously roomy. The bathrooms are all clean and bright. Wonderful ocean view from both the inside and out on the deck were a highlight. We also enjoyed the beautifully landscaped outdoor space surrounding the house and the terraces off of various bedrooms. Perhaps the wall of glass providing an amazing view of conservation land and ocean was the most spectacular feature of this property!

Two weeks of bliss

It was the absolute perfect location to enjoy beach, deck with gorgeous views of nature and the ocean, as well as quick access to yummy food (Millie’s) and a jaunt into town on the Wave. The kitchen is feast-ready and has luxury appliances and all of the necessary cooking tools required by a chef. We ended each evening on the deck with wine and a fire., and enjoyed spectacular Madaket sunsets nightly. The home is very comfortable for 8 people, allowing for everyone to have their own space and bed. The owner was immediately responsive and regularly checked in with us to make sure all was well — and it always was! We’ll be back! Thank you Paul!

Amazing!

House is beautiful and newly renovated in 2018. Top of the line architecture, design, and fixtures. Amazing outdoor deck with fireplace has excellent view of madaket beach and sunrise/sunset. Easy access to town via car/Uber/bus service. Can’t wait to come back!

All the amenities and then some!

We had a wonderful stay at GreySeal in November. The house is beautifully finished with every possible luxury - crisp linens, thick fluffy towels, stylish, yet comfortable, furnishings and then some! My husband particularly loved the espresso coffee maker, while I loved how well equipped the kitchen was. Sitting on the deck and staying warm with the fire pit , while enjoying the beautiful view was our favorite activity. We hope to return to GreySeal many more times in the future.

Close to the beach and a beautiful ocean view

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely newly renovated home, this past august 2018. the home was beautifully decorated in blue and white with pictures of adorable gray seals throughout the house. All the furniture and appliances were brand new and top of the line. The home had an open floor plan with a floor to ceiling window that had a wonderful ocean view, that opened onto a spacious deck with table and chairs and a fire pit that also looked over the ocean. The house is perfectly located with walking distance to the bike path, the bus stop and Millies restaurant. It is also a short walk to Madaket beach where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets. Some nights we would just walk to the end of the street and watch the sun go down over the beach, such a special thing to do on vacation. The home had televisions in each bedroom and a tv in the comfortable sitting room off the spacious and modern kitchen. The island in the kitchen had new granite countertops that included four stools for eating. The bedrooms were all a comfortable size each with its own bathroom. All the bathrooms were new with marble showers in each of the 2 master suites. Each Master had a nice sitting area which was an added touch. We spent a lot of time outside on the deck and fire pit that overlooked the ocean. It was nice to wake up and have breakfast outside and also nice to come home after dinner and turn on the fire pit and enjoy the night sky. The home also had a new outdoor shower that we took advantage of as well as plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. We had a lovely vacation with our family in this home and we hope we can come back next year to enjoy this home again.
