Belle Waterfront Condo, quai de bateau, 2bd / 2bath, laveuse / sĂ©cheuse, grande pĂȘche!

Nos 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains appartement donne sur la baie de Laguna Madre. accĂšs bateau instantanĂ© Ă  la voie navigable Intercoastal et Packery canal qui mĂšne Ă  Laguna Madre et le golfe du Mexique. Nous avons la meilleure vue de coucher de soleil sur toute l'Ăźle. Laveuse sĂ©cheuse dans l'unitĂ©, cuisine complĂšte, wifi gratuit, trois tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat, cĂąble et ai-je mentionnĂ© la vue .... Il y a une piscine au club-house et un quai en bas de notre escalier. Vous pouvez pĂȘcher juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la station d'accueil. Notre condo a 3 balcons sĂ©parĂ©s et petits grillades en plein air sont situĂ©s autour de la propriĂ©tĂ© pour votre usage. Le condo a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© avec un sol en carrelage et en ardoise et tous les nouveaux appareils. La chambre principale a un nouveau lit King. Chambre d'hĂŽtes a une reine et un lit jumeau. Le condo peut accueillir 5. Nous avons des planches Ă  roulettes, des jouets pour le sable, des flotteurs de natation pour la piscine et des gilets de sauvetage pour les petits enfants.

Pros: location was amazing for quick access kayak fishing. Also it was a quick drive to the beach. And a walk away to the condo pool. Lots of fans for use in the condo and really well stocked with dishes, cleaning supplies, even board games & having beach toys there was a huge perk! Cons: buildings are on the older side and the condo had cockroaches (which I’m sure is hard to stay on top of being on the bay and so close to the beach) but still I’ve stayed at other places on padre island and haven’t experienced that before. Overall a great stay!

One of the best stays I have had on North Padre Island. Accommodations were top notch and communication was early and often. By far the easiest and best stay yet! Clean environment, and decorated appropriately. Close to everything! Boat dock right out the back with the easy access to the intercostal waterway. Sunset was amazing. Counting the days to stay there again.

Fantastic host at the perfect condo!

Check in/out was easy and the host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making our stay feel warm and inviting. The location is perfect, right on the water with the best sunset views, in a quiet and safe residential area. We were so happy with the offer to extend our stay by an extra night and it was a bonus that they had beach toys available for our 1 year old to use. We will most certainly be back!

Great View!!!

Due to an illness in the family and death, we had to make a quick trip to Corpus for a family emergency. Due to the Memorial Day Holiday, quality lodging was limited. The Necak’s Island Condo was everything as advertised and more. Owner responded quickly to any questions and was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The location is easily accessible and the condo was perfect for our family. The 2nd floor unit has a beautiful view of the water. The deck offers a peaceful retreat to watch boats, fishermen and birds. Just after daylight on the first morning we spotted several dolphins swimming in the channel, which was an unexpected treat! We will definitely book again when we are back in the area. This condo is a “10”.

Great location

The best communication with property owners. Wonderful location. Our stay was the best, the property had everything to meet our needs. We had a wonderful time and cought plenty of fish to bring home. I will definitely be booking this property again, cannot wait to go back. The host checked in with us regular making sure our stay was the best. Quick response. The views are lovely from the multiple balconies to the dock. The property was fully stocked from towels, bed linen, dish soap and cleaning supplies and trash bags to keep it tidy.

We were looking to run away for a couple days, and that’s exactly what we did. It was a little home away from home. Everything about it really was so awesome. Stacy was so thoughtful, and attentive. The fishing was awesome. Caught a toad fish, which I didn’t even know existed. The place was spacious for our little family. The view of the sun set was beautiful. It really was amazing. Great Beach Vacation

Our family had an amazing time in Corpus. The condo was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the property owner was simple and we had no issues during our stay. Weather was perfect and we caught a lot of fish at the beach, on the jetties and at the condo.

Working vacay

Super convenient location to Corpus, North Padre, Port A and Mustang Island let us enjoy all the beach, bay and coast has to offer while also staying connected to daily work commitments. Nice place on the bay!

First VRBO experience

Family enjoyed the accommodations. Definitely had to use it more than intended due to Tropical Storm Alberto, but we felt safe and were never in harms way.

Family Spring Break 2024

We loved how convenient the location was to everything we wanted to go to. It was nice to only have a half hour drive or less for everywhere we went. We really enjoyed the sunsets off the balcony. The kids enjoyed the pool. We ate at Doc's our last night, which had amazing food! Communication was very prompt with the owners, and they made sure to check with us to make sure we made it there ok which was super nice.

We live in Austin and we drive down to our special get away as often as possible. I am a teacher and love escaping to the solitude of the beach! This is our favorite place to be.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We chose this property because of its perfect location. We fell in love with the view from the balcony and we like to fish, so being right on the bay is very convenient. It provides instant access to the water. The beach is just up the street so we go there in the mornings to beachcomb and walk. Its also really nice to be on the water but not necessarily in the sand. The set up of the condo is cozy and comfortable and feels just like home.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Washer dryer in the unit is very handy. Our Patio and grills outside allow for dinner while watching the sunset. Fishing from the dock is very convenient and there is a fish cleaning area just a few steps away. Swimming pool is just a short walk through the parking lot. The garage is a huge plus for us because of the storage space. There are lots of other Winter Texans in the complex during the winter months and the clubhouse holds 'get togethers' so people can meet and make new friends.

In the unit we have sand toys,pool toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and floaties!
