The Space:

You step into a simply designed paradise where the hum of the city fades and the comfort of home takes over. Sunlight filters through the first‑floor windows, inviting you to unwind on a cozy couch after a day of exploring Lutz. The open layout lets the whole family gather, share meals, and drift into relaxed evenings together.



Sleeping arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each open onto its own full bathroom, giving every guest a private place to refresh. The queen beds provide ample space for a restful night, and the attached baths mean no waiting in line for the shower.



Living space

A spacious living area anchors the unit, with enough seating for the entire family to stretch out. A small patio off the living room offers outdoor seating for two, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening breeze.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need to whip up simple meals, from a stovetop to a microwave and all the basic cookware. A breakfast nook sits within the kitchen, while a separate dining area provides a comfortable spot for family meals and board games.



Outdoor space

Step onto the modest patio and enjoy a quiet spot for two, ideal for a sunrise tea or a late‑night glass of wine. The unit’s first‑floor location makes stepping outside effortless.



Community amenities

A community pool invites a splash on warm days, and the clubhouse houses a lounge, fitness center, basketball court, and grill for casual cook‑outs. A nearby gym adds extra options for staying active, while walking and biking trails weave through the neighborhood for leisurely strolls.

Conveniently situated, you’re just five minutes from the University of South Florida and eight minutes from MOSI. Busch Gardens Tampa is an eleven‑minute drive, while Takomah Trail Park and Lettuce Lake Park are reachable in ten and thirteen minutes respectively, offering easy access to nature and recreation.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
