The Space:

Inside, the spacious living area invites you to unwind after a day of exploring parks and attractions, while the soft hum of the community lounge offers a relaxed backdrop. Every corner of this first‑floor unit is arranged for comfort, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.



Sleeping Arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each open onto a private full bathroom, giving every guest their own space to refresh. The queen beds provide ample room for a restful night, and the layout keeps the family or group comfortably separated while still feeling connected.



Living Space

The large living area comfortably seats the whole family, with a layout that encourages conversation and shared moments. A small patio off the living room holds outdoor seating for two, perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink under the sky. A free washer and dryer are tucked nearby for convenient laundry during longer stays.



Kitchen & Dining

A full kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need to prepare simple meals, from a stovetop to basic cookware. A breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dedicated dining area make it easy to gather around the table for meals, board games, or planning the next day’s adventure.

Step into the community pool for a refreshing swim, or head to the nearby gym for a workout. The complex includes a clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, basketball court, walking and biking trail, and a grill area, giving you plenty of options for recreation without leaving the property.

Located in Lutz, the unit is just a short drive from several popular spots: the University of South Florida (5 minutes, 2.2 mi), the Museum of Science & Industry (8 minutes, 4.2 mi), Busch Gardens Tampa (11 minutes, 4.5 mi), Takomah Trail Park (10 minutes, 5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park (13 minutes, 5.9 mi). You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor"

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
