You step onto a quiet patio for two, feel the gentle Florida breeze, and hear the distant hum of nearby parks, setting the tone for a relaxed family retreat. Inside, a spacious living area invites you to unwind together after a day of exploring Lutz’s attractions. Every detail, from the full kitchen to the comfortable queen‑size beds, is arranged for a seamless stay.
Sleeping Arrangements
Four queen bedrooms each open onto a private full bathroom, giving every guest their own space to refresh. The layout provides ample room for families or groups while keeping the feel cozy and inviting.
Living Space
The large living room comfortably seats the whole family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dedicated dining area for shared meals. A small patio off the living room offers outdoor seating for two, perfect for morning coffee or an evening wind‑down.
Kitchen & Dining
A fully equipped kitchen holds everything you need to prepare simple meals, from cookware to basic pantry staples. The adjacent breakfast nook and dining table make it easy to enjoy meals together without feeling cramped.
Community Amenities
You’ll have exclusive access to the gated community’s amenities, including a clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, and a sparkling pool. A basketball court, walking/biking trail, and grill area provide options for active recreation or relaxed evenings outdoors. The nearby gym adds an extra fitness choice if you prefer a different setting.

Conveniently located on the first floor, the unit is a short drive from several highlights: the University of South Florida (5 min, 2.2 mi), MOSI (8 min, 4.2 mi), Busch Gardens Tampa (11 min, 4.5 mi), Takomah Trail Park (10 min, 5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park (13 min, 5.9 mi). These nearby spots make it easy to explore nature, culture, and entertainment.
Parking & Access
Three visitor‑labeled parking spots are available on a first‑come‑first‑serve basis, giving you flexibility for your vehicles. A security guard at the gated entrance ensures you feel safe and right at home throughout your stay.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
