Second bedroom offers 2 twin beds and dresser. 2nd full bath with shower outside 2nd bedroom. Extra sleeping space with a Sofa Bed in the living room. Full access to Internet and Cable. Includes Garbage/Recycle pickup, Electricity, Central Air and Water plus Reverse-Osmosis drinking water spicket at kitchen faucet. You will have access to 2 swimming pools, fitness/weight room, pickle ball, tennis courts, and restaurant/bar area. Of course a golf course outside your back door beckons every morning.
