Welcome to one of the best beaches in Florida! Just a short distance to beautiful Manasota Beach! Even a shorter distance to the pool in the fenced in back yard!

Family friendly 3BR 2 BA home with beds for 8, and approximately 1750 sf all under air including separate living room and family room. The whole house is completely renovated. Spacious living room gives plenty of room to entertain comfortably.

The outdoor caged pool has an electric heater.

Very happy with the accommodations, pool area, beach chairs, and communication with the owner. My only suggestion would be to replace the front door due to the lack of security with the single pane glass.

Very well maintained, location was very convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Pool was wonderful!! Great for a week or weekend getaway with family and friends. Would definitely love to rent again!!

Great place

The house is wonderful, clean has literally everthing you need. The only downside is the master bedroom stayed pretty warm compared to the rest of the house. My kids froze in their rooms while we were a bit too warm. We were told by a local that it was, and above average hot for this time of the year, but it seemed like we never got that master bedroom to cool off. Other than that, it's a great home away from home. We all love the pool and the set up!

Quiet Beach Getaway

What a Beautiful stay! Easy access to get in. Everything was on point, just like the photos.. The beds were SUPER comfy.. plenty of towels, beach chairs, cooler and beach toys included...short distance to beaches and grocery stores. We enjoyed the grill and outside patio/pool so much it was perfect.. will definitely recommend and stay again..

Great location in a quiet area. Found so many shark teeth at the ocean! The pool was perfect after a long day at the beach.

Great house close to the beach!

Spent 6 nights here with my adult kids & we had a blast. Plenty of space to relax, comfy large beds for all, and very clean. The pool area was perfect - deep enough to swim & quiet/private. It's a perfect location to hop to other beaches, but about 1 mile to Manasota Beach when you want to just stick close to home. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay Just South of Venice, FL!

We had an excellent experience at this VRBO rental just south of Venice, Florida. The photos on the listing were an accurate reflection of the home — what you see is truly what you get. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay.Some of the highlights we especially enjoyed:•Beautiful, private pool•Propane grill for easy outdoor meals•Comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture•High-quality plates, silverware, and cooking utensils•Both pod and drip coffee makers•A king-size master bed that was very comfortable•Beach chairs provided for trips to the shore•A quiet, peaceful neighborhood•Close proximity to multiple beaches•Nearby Detweiler’s Farmers Market — don’t miss out on Yoder’s Southern Creamery ice cream while you’re there!Overall, it was the perfect home base for a relaxing Florida getaway, and we’d happily stay here again.

Great house, Great location!

Stayed for two months and the house was perfect. We were in the pool almost every day. Manasota beach is only 5 minutes from the house. The Lemon bay preserve is a short walk from the house and a great place to walk and enjoy nature. Will definitely stay here again.

Great House Great Location

We had a great 10 days in this wonderful house. It had everything we needed and more!! Loved evening swims in the pool and the location was perfect, just 5 min (if even) to our favorite beach Manasota Beach. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect Family Getaway

My family and two nephews love this property and Manasota Beach so much that we have been here 3 or 4 times already and plan on coming back again. We love the spacious, beautiful, and extremely clean house. It is equipped with a grill, plenty of kitchen space and cooking items. My family also loves the pool with all of its updates, such as, the lanai, spacious patio, and pool/beach accessories. The owners have been so thoughtful to provide “extras” as well, including bikes, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas, and sifters for hunting shark teeth at Manasota Beach. The house has always been extremely clean and is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Manasota Beach Park is located just 10 minutes away by vehicle and offers free parking. The beach is hardly ever crowded and there is a lifeguard on duty during the day. I highly recommend this property for your family’s stay!

Great, clean and roomy home

We enjoyed the house immensely. Especially, we loved the pool and two living spaces. The home was very clean with plenty of towels. Our only dislike was the master bed was very uncomfortable. The location made it easy to travel all over Venice to see different beaches and visit several restaurants during our stay. This was a very enjoyable vacation home!

Great family vacation house!

The beautifully decorated "Beach House" is in a great location; very close to Manasota Beach and Walmart. Walking into the house we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the house and pool were and towels were set out in the bathrooms (an extra welcome). The kitchen was great and we loved that it was open so we could visit and watch the kids while preparing meals. There were beach toys and chairs in the garage but we had brought our own. So for us, it was nice to have the garage space to store our beach items. All communications, including written instructions in the house, were very clear and timely. The Beach House was kid friendly for our grandkids ages 2 and 9 months. We all loved the pool and patio area. 5 Star House and Hosts - we loved the "Beach House"!

Great clean and roomy house

Pool area was fantastic. Spent a lot of time out there. Plenty of towels, beach toys and chairs. House was roomy and clean. Thirty minute walk to the beach. All bike tires were flat and couldn’t be inflated. so we bought new bike tire tubes and 3 bikes are now usable. Ten minute bike ride to the beach.

Home away from home! :)

Very clean, cozy place close to the beach & shopping but tucked away off the beaten path. We enjoyed the lovely enclosed heated pool and appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The only small disappointment was that the bike tires were flat so we couldn't use them. Overall a wonderful place to stay & would do so again!! Thank you so much!
