Just a mile away from highway, 7 minutes away from Strong Hospital, 10 minutes away from RIT, 20 minutes away from Seabreeze Amusement Park and Lake Ontario and across a street from Wegmans Corporate Office. You will love our cozy home on a quiet street in Gates. Due to its close proximity to highway, our house is within 15 minutes to anywhere in Rochester. Lyft, Uber and public transportation are nearby.
The house is fully renovated, cozy, clean, two bedrooms and one bathroom ranch. The home has central air and heating, a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer.
Guests have access to entire house and backyard.
The living room has 65" WiFi enabled Smart TV. You can access your Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, YouTube accounts. Large bedroom also has 55'' Smart TV. Free WiFi for guests.
Video cameras are in use on the outside of the property only. (no cameras in-house)

Nadia's place was perfectly as described. We enjoyed our stay very much. This is definitely one of the nicer listenings when it comes to visiting the Rochester area (we are doing work for the local power company and have stayed all around the city), a great neighborhood and not far from lots of stores/shops.
