Cornville is a Sedona suburb with year-round temperate weather and a history steeped in Native American culture, architecture, and spiritualism. There are local wineries for the adults, and the Page Springs Hatchery is a fantastic retreat for the entire family. Cornville is the perfect picnic destination to avoid the crowds.
You can access the entire space within The Tu’nlii House and its outdoor accommodations. The Tu’nlii House has Four Bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full-size kitchen, a living room, a work-from-home space, a workout/yoga area, a movie room, an outdoor deck, a cedar hot tub, and a fire pit area. Trails to the lower part of the property provide access to Oak Creek, a picnic area, hammocks, and 100+ year-old Cottonwood trees. We purposefully refrained from installing fences on the lower property to ensure free range and access for many animals inhabiting this environment. With that in mind, please respect our neighbors and watch out for the signs highlighting the property boundaries.

It's a tranquil retreat on 2.6 lush acres along the picturesque Oak Creek in Central Arizona. Art and décor were chosen or specially curated for the space to help our guests learn more about the area they are visiting. While sharing the property with another guest rental, everything has been done from a design and architecture standpoint to ensure privacy and seclusion for your stay.

Humans are only one part of the beautiful Central Arizona ecosystem. We've worked hard to achieve the first sustainability certification in Central Arizona to validate our dedication to green hospitality practices. (Sustonica #94497144) Solar water heaters, Level 2 EV chargers, low-flow faucets and shower heads, dual-flush toilets, water and gas sensors, and environmentally friendly consumables (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc) are part of this first phase in our sustainable efforts. We have plans for future improvements, including a complete solar electrical system, Ecoflo septic system, recycled water usage, and sustainable agriculture. The dream is to show our guests that we can enjoy the environment while protecting it for future generations.
The retreat is located in a quiet farming neighborhood, so please be respectful of our neighbors and the local wildlife. The neighborhood is great for walking, running, and biking. Parking is onsite and in designated areas
