Elegance off the beaten path! Searching for a private sanctuary in a pristine natural setting with incredible views? Then take comfort at the unique & tranquil Wagon Wheel Estates! Want a break from stress? Relax in your private pool & ease your sore muscles in the hot tub! Feel like exploring? Go for a hike or take a ride on one of the nearby trails! Want an adventure? Visit a nearby town or attraction! Need to reconnect with your spirit? Visit a Vortex! The possibilities are endless!

We were blessed to have stumbled upon this magnificent gem and hope that you will find it as peaceful and healing as we do! Charming enough for a romantic getaway, yet spacious enough to host a family (or two)! Our 3 bed/2 bath home sits on 2+ acres and features an open floor plan with plenty of room for indoor and outdoor relaxation and entertainment! The property features spectacular views of the Sedona Red Rocks, an inground pool, hot tub, putting green and access to hiking and OHV trails. Want friends or family to join you on your retreat? Ask us about our coach house accommodations!

Wagon Wheel Estates is located in a quiet rural estate subdivision that boarders the beautiful Coconino National Forest. Rimrock is your classic small southwestern town where the locals are friendly, and businesses run at their own pace. There is never a rush here, so take it easy, enjoy your beer (or wine), and just relax!

Guests should be aware that although we are only 2.5 miles away from I-17, the last 1.5 miles is a rugged stretch of dirt road up to the property. Plan for a few extra minutes travel time and be prepared for some bumps and dust along the way....we promise you won't be disappointed when you arrive at your private estate!

The house was perfect for our girls trip! It’s quiet and secluded which made it a lovely place to hang out and relax by the pool after a morning of hiking. Overall amenities were good and the host was very responsive to our outreach. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, very well maintained. Stocked with everything you could need. Gorgeous stargazing at night. Hot tub was lovely. Home was Very clean. It was nice to be close to Sedona, but away from the busyness there. The home was secluded and very quiet and peaceful.

What a wonderful property! The kitchen was equipped with more than enough of what anyone would need. The beds were very comfortable, and plenty of towels for the bathroom a d beach towels fornthe pool and hot tub. The pool was freezing (I assume not heated), so we were unable to use it, but did use the hot tub several times. There was a hige variety of pool toys for the pool.The putting green was fun, and we used it several times. We really enjoyed the patio and pool area..there are shady spots and sunny spots for everyone's preference. I really cannot say anything negative about this property. We would definitely visit again!

This was the perfect getaway for our Spring Break family trip. My mom, myself and my two daughters enjoyed this home so so much. Being able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the desert after a busy day at the Grand Canyon, Red Rocks, Cathedral of the Holy Cross, and Tlaquepaque shopping and dining was a dream. Everything we needed (coffee, sugar, oil and spices for cooking, detergent for laundry, cozy blankets to snuggle on the couch and patio, tons of towels for bathing and swimming) was at hand. Kim was such a friendly and helpful host - though we didn’t need to bother her for a thing. The seclusiveness was a huge selling point - the drive was easy to navigate with an SUV. I’ve already recommended this home (and our itinerary) to friends! Will definitely return for another unforgettable trip! Five stars!

Magical Little Oasis Near Sedona

We had a great stay in this beautiful and comfortable home. The host provided all the accoutrements necessary for a relaxing stay and she checked on us regularly to ensure everything was good. The location is a bit of a drive from Sedona, however, well worth the trip based on the privacy you get along with the fantastic back yard, star gazing, and sunsets.

Beautiful home with beautiful views and the home had all we needed. Excellent communication with host. The only disappointment was that the pool was unusable because the water was so cold. The description said the pool is unheated so I knew beforehand but thought with Arizona sun, there was a chance we could use. Although the sauna was used and appreciated, had the pool been heated, it would've made our stay perfect. Otherwise - beautiful home and we all absolutely loved the layout! Thank you for having us- a great way to enjoy Sedona and springtime in Arizona celebrating my husband's 60th birthday with my daughters and my son-in-laws!! Made some memories

We ended our trip traveling from the Grand Canyon to Vegas to Sedona at this wonderful home! It was cozy and relaxing and close enough to the local state parks and Sedona/Cottonwood to explore. The property hosts were available to answer questions and very helpful. Highly recommend this place for couples looking for a place to relax or families looking for a fun place to hang out while traveling!

Desert Oasis!

Our family really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home! It was such a wonderful haven to come home to after a day of activities, and really elevated our trip. A lovely home to relax in and to hang out together as a family. We really enjoyed the cozy family room, as well as the pool and hot tub. Definitely recommend!

We booked for spring break with 3 kids and planned for this to be down time by the pool. Got there and the pool was FREEZING. Contacted the host and they said “oh, it’s a Cold Plunge”. Was not clearly noted in the listing. They have a heater, they just won’t turn it on. We left immediately and spent twice as much on a resort. Then we had to fight to get our money back. Worst VRBO we’ve ever had

We do want to respectfully clarify that the pool is properly disclosed in our listing as a cold plunge and not a heated swimming pool. The description of the amenity is included in the listing details so guests can understand exactly what to expect before booking. We always aim to be transparent about the features of the property so guests can decide if the home is the right fit for their trip. The pool at the property is intentionally maintained as a cold plunge experience, which many guests enjoy after hiking and outdoor activities in the area. Because of this, the heater is not offered as part of the rental amenity. We understand that some guests may expect a traditional heated pool, but this is not something advertised for this property. We also want to clarify that when you reached out during your stay, we responded promptly and explained the situation regarding the cold plunge. While we understand that this was not what you were hoping for, the amenity itself was not misrepresented and is accurately described in the listing. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable and accurately represented experience for every guest. Many families and travelers have enjoyed the home, the location, and the amenities exactly as described. We regret that the cold plunge did not meet your expectations and that you ultimately decided not to continue your stay. Thank you again for sharing your feedback. Great vacation property

My wife and I could not have picked a better place to stay and could not have been happier with the property or Kim the host. The house itself is warm and inviting and makes you feel like you are home. Sitting in the hot tub at night staring at the stars in almost complete silence was amazing. We would absolutely reccommend this property to others.
