My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this cute, comfortable and clean nautical themed apartment.It's just a short walk to Fairport Harbour park/beach. It had all necessities and was very quiet.

Very cute apartment. It is above a garage and the staircase makes it a little challenging to carry belongings up and down. The apartment is really best suited for a couple. When the sleeper sofa is opened it is nearly impossible for anyone to pass from the bedroom to the bathroom, especially during the night. My daughter and I took the bed and my husband slept on the couch without opening it to a bed so that we could walk through at night. The location is quiet and a short walk to the shores of Lake Erie.

Quick overnight

It was a great night of high school football and hanging around town. The apartment was perfect, just as described. The host was flexible with the check in time and the noon check out was nice. We did have to contact the host and her response was very quick!! I will definitely stay again!!

Great location, clean and fully equipped apartment

We stayed at this beautifully renovated apartment for 5 days in July. The a/c unit worked well. The location is a short walk to Fairport Harbor Beach, and a few blocks to the main street. Sarah was prompt in her communication with any issues we had. We had some trouble getting in the unit when we first arrived, but this was resolved within an hour. We hope to stay here again when we visit family, it’s a wonderful place.

cute apartment; with walk ability to center of Fairport Harbor

Nice apartment with off street parking. love the gas range in the kitchen & big sink. downside; Space around the bed was minimal only get in one side of the bed. Getting between the door & vanity (to get in the bathroom) is not comfortable for a larger person or a pregnant person. Hostess is very available

The location was perfect. The apartment was extremely cute. Everything was clean and fabulous. I hope to go back sometime in the future.

The rental was a perfect location. Located on a quiet street in a small town, 3 minutes from a beach area, literally a hundred yards from a view of Lake Erie. A short drive to a larger town, Mentor, that had a variety of places to eat, and 15 min from The Headlands State Park and beach area. The rental is perfect for 1-4 people for a nice getaway. I loved the renovation done to the apartment, all high quality fixtures and "smart" modern appliances.
