We can accommodate up to 16 people in four elegantly decorated bungalows for couples and three comfortable suites, all equipped with two single beds. With a 20-meter swimming pool, fireplace, games room and various communal areas for your group to your group, we guarantee a memorable stay. Located in an environmental reserve of more than 1,000 hectares of remnants of the Atlantic Forest, we offer an environment of peace and quality time, immersed in one of the richest ecosystems on the planet. Our facilities are extraordinarily comfortable, and your group will enjoy exclusive access to all common areas and tours within the property. Access to the farm is via a partially asphalted road, and the use of high-suspension vehicles or SUVs is recommended.

Check-in time: from 2pm - after hours there is a convenience fee. Check-out time: up to 12 noon - A representative (an employee of the house) will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. There is a convenience fee for check-out outside office hours.

PROPERTY RULES: Pets are not allowed, with prior notice. The house is limited to 16 (sixteen) people, including children. Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization. The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is liable for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the law or internal regulations of the condominium. Always wear boots or shoes suitable for walking on the trails. Respect the signs and walk only in the marked areas. Do not extract saplings, branches or plants from the forest. On unaccompanied walks along the road, it is important to be back in the farm area before dark, around 6pm. Please let our staff know which route you decide to take. Walks and trails in the forest should only be accompanied by guides. Please save water and energy. When you leave the room, please turn off the lights and the heater. Please DO NOT SMOKE in the rooms or indoors. Keep door and window screens closed at all times. Do not use a heater and hairdryer at the same time. Rural energy is subject to overload.
