5 minutos a pie de la hermosa playa Roger Wheeler, ideal para familias.

A poca distancia de Galilea (1 milla): tome el ferry de Block Island para una excursión de un día o disfrute de los restaurantes, tiendas y bares del lado del mar.

Cute summer beach house close to home

This is a very comfortable beach home, not fancy, but we loved it. Lots of comfortable furniture and homey touches around the house. We especially loved the screened in porch and the deck. We used them a lot, since we had spectacular weather the week we were there! Very comfortable beds and the kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourselves if you want to do that. The house is easy to find, and it really is a close walk to the beach. Restaurants are close by, as are grocery stores and the ferry to Block Island is a very short drive away. From Connecticut, where we live, it took us less than 2 hours to get there. Very nice neighborhood. And since there is a washer and dryer in the house, I didn't go home with a week's worth of laundry to do! We will definitely be back!

wonderful experience

We went to this property for Labor Day weekend and loved every minute of it! The house was perfect and located close to everything! The owners were more than helpful with check in and a few other questions. Hoping to return next summer!

Lovely South County Cottage

We stayed there with my wife and 3 little kids and the place was very clean including good linens and sheets and which is unusual at this price point. Had nice amenities including games for kids to play on the rainy day and beach chairs and stuff in the shed for when was nice. Overall a great experience and will definitely be coming back in future years !

A charming, comfortable, well-equipped cottage 5 minutes from the beach.

My wife and I rented for a short vacation with our granddaughter who is eight and would certainly do it again. We were only three, but the cottage can sleep six easily. The kitchen is equipped with newer stove and refrigerator and an abundance of utensils glasses, dinnerware, etc, as well as a large gas grill outside. If you plan to cook, all you'll need is the food. The living/dining area decor is casual, nautical, entertaining and stocked with many board games, supplies and card decks. Cable TV and internet service were as good as home. The yard is large and grassy, ideal for outdoor play with the toys stocked in the shed. Being a five-minute walk from Roger Wheeler state beach made the ocean easily accessible and free, just load up the cart with chairs, boogie boards, snacks and go. This cottage is a classic: a family summer home that looks back to simpler times of outdoor showers (one inside, too), quiet mornings and evenings on the porch or deck. While it lacks a few amenities some people might want (dishwasher, air conditioning), we didn't miss them and felt completely at home and at ease, especially knowing that the responsive landlord was only a text or call away. We will go back when we can and would highly recommend this cottage to family and friends.

Our favorite vacation spot!!!

We have been renting this adorable Narragansett Cape for the past several summers. This truly is my kids favorite part of their summer. The house is great! Warm beach days and cool nights for sleeping (the beds are so comfy!) The yard is the best one in neighborhood - we love to play family games in it. It is a quick walk to beach so no need to pay for beach parking - huge bonus during busy summer beach days. The owners are nice. You will feel at home in their home. If you have the chance to rent this awesome vacation spot - go for it!! We highly recommend it! Can't wait to visit again - Beach house 2016 here we come.

A very pleasant and enjoyable experience

The house was well furnished,with every thing you would require to have a vacation experience.The yard large well groomed and fenced. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach.A few minute ride to restaurants and activities. Overall we had a very nice time. WE would highly recommend this for a vacation get away.

Love the distance to the beach and a great house!

We love this area! We stayed here with our 3 children. The beach is a short walk away which was great! The house had a very beachy feel to it. My favorite part of the house was the screen in porch. It was perfect to spend the night hanging out together after a day at the beach! Also I have to mention the yard was ideal for us. It was a big yard and it was fenced in!!! We didn't have worry about the children wondering off. I definitely would rent this home again! The whole family had a great time and my kids still talk about this vacation. I definitely would rent this home again!!!
