Nice quiet community near some nice beaches.

The only improvement would be to have access to a washer and dryer for guests that stay mire than a day or 2.

Excellent Place

This place is a great location near supermarkets, restaurants and also the beautiful beaches of Cabo Rojo. Is a peaceful place and a great community. The communication with the property manager was always on point explaining everything by detail. Thanks Janice for sharing this beautiful place. My family and myself are very pleased with our stay.

Peaceful location, beautiful beaches

The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio. and multiple swimming pools. Checkout was easy and we had no problems. We would recommend this location.A few things could have improved the stay. The community rules are a bit restrictive, and it would be great to have a dishwasher and laundry facilities in the apartment.Other than that, we had a great time and appreciated the location.

Mom's 80th birthday get away

This condo was clean, spacious, and has everything you need at home, all you need is your groceries. It's close to many beaches, restaurants and tourist areas. The only thing is, if you have elderly people. There is no elevators, and if your on the third floor, its a little hard for them to go up. Also theres no AC in the Living room area, but if there's a breeze its very refreshing when the windows are open. I would definitely recommend. It was a GREAT STAY!

Excelente propiedad cerca de playa de combate

Excelente propiedad cerca de playa de combate . Eranos dolo dos, pero es muy buena para grupos ya que cuenta con tres cuartos y amplia sala y terraza.

I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Puerto Rico and went on to earn a Master's Degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. In the 90s, I relocated to Virginia, and it has been my home ever since. I have intentions to retire in this apartment.
