El dueño de la propiedad, E. Vasilakis, un talentoso arquitecto, diseñó y construyó la casa durante el período 2008-2011 con un respeto extremo al paisaje natural y la conocida arquitectura bioclimática tradicional de Santorini. La casa (85 metros cuadrados. - 2 niveles) tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Cuenta con 2 habitaciones privadas en un nivel inferior, cada una con baño privado más un área para dormir en la pequeña sala de estar secundaria al lado de las habitaciones. La sala de estar y la cocina totalmente equipada en la planta baja son espacios confortables y soleados con acceso inmediato a la piscina con las áreas de descanso construidas. Las habitaciones tienen espacios de armario adecuados y baño privado.

270 Oia View house I, está diseñada y ubicada de tal manera que el residente puede disfrutar del espacio y la privacidad. La casa tiene su propia parcela privada y piscina donde se pueden realizar actividades al aire libre entre las áreas de descanso construidas y los jardines con sistema de riego automático de plantas. Excellent vrbo. Note that the 2 bedrooms are very different. One luxurious primary bedroom and one small bedroom. Second and third bathroom showers are tiny. Wonderful staff!! Super helpful and friendly. We could not have been more pleased with their assistance. Closer to Finnikia than Oia. Relatively easy walk to Oia. Down hill to Oia and uphill on the way back. Great restaurants in Finnikia, easy walk.

Best stay ever!

This was probably our favorite rental ever, from the gorgeous views to the above and beyond hospitality- everything was fabulous! We loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub while taking in the incredible sunsets. The lovely concierge ladies helped with many details and plans for us. The villa was spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

This is THE place to stay in Oia! This accommodation was spectacular.

Our stay at 270 Oia’s View House was wonderful. The staff greeted us and took us to the villa for a full explanation of everything. They provided us with bread, butter, milk, juice, cake, croissants and even a bottle of wine. The cave house was spectacular with a picture-perfect view of Oia from on top of our hill. The kitchen was fully equipped and the house tastefully decorated. The staff were very friendly & attentive to our every need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accommodation!

Everything we expected & then some

Nayia & Dani are incredibly thoughtful, organized, and welcoming. Their concierge services are impeccable. Their curated tours were the highlight of our trip. The property staff take pride in keeping up the residences, pools, and landscaping. Everyone is friendly and willing to assist with any questions or special requests. I highly recommend staying here, and would return any time I go to Santorini.

Wonderful stay

Honestly one of the top 5 place we have ever stayed in our travels. Everything about the stay was as advertised. Fantastic sunsets every night overlooking Oia. Short 20min walks into Oia for meals, shopping or sightseeing. Parking a car would have been difficult. It is the perfect distance from Oia not to be caught in the crowds, but still able to access when you decide. Basically, 30min by car to anywhere on the island and short 15min drive to Fira.The staff was beyond helpful. From arrival to arranging tours, rental cars, dinner reservations, or just Santorini advice, they were very helpful. The villa was great for our family of 4 (two 14 year old twins). Private hot tub and pool were great. Definitely will stay here again when we return to Santorini. Highly recommend.

A rural (cave) villa, set away from noise and crowds, with a private pool and hot tub. A living room, cloakroom and kitchen upstairs, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs in the cave. Close to some amazing traditional restaurants with the best on the opposite side of the street. Close to the trail connecting Firas to Oia, but good footwear needed (25 mins walking). Santorini is safe enough to walk back 22:00 but it does get a bit dark in unlit areas. An exceptional customer service that stands out on its own, lota of praise for Nayia and Konstantinos. Ask them about everything, they have a wealth of knowledge and availablr 24/7 "wherever" you are on the Island. A truly memorable experience and ideal for families with children.

Amazing!!

Everything about this property was the best!!! The view was stunning. The house, pool, kitchen. All of it amazing. The little welcome hamper was a lovely addition. With wine :) And the manager checking us in - she was so helpful and lovely. Felt like we were family.

Perfect getaway

We had a lovely time staying at the Oia's View during a recent trip. It is well located, an easy walk into Oia as well as local restaurants and grocers. It was also easy to get there and day trip from there. The staff helped arrange taxis as needed and was very helpful. Overall a great property, highly recommend.

Wonderful villa just outside Oia

We loved our 5-night stay at House I - the property is lovely and so peaceful. Panayiota and Maria are gorgeous gems who are ready to help at any time. The villa is a little distance outside Oia - it fine to walk but sometimes we wished we were a little closer. Having said that, we discovered some wonderful restaurants in Finikia which we may not have gone to otherwise!!

WOW!! This is THE place to stay in Santorini!!

Just returned from a wonderful trip to Santorini which was made better by the exceptional accommodations at 270 View unit 1. This large 2 bedroom unit is situated on a bluff overlooking the water and Santorini. The view is fantastic – the pictures do NOT do it justice. Inside the home is first floor living space with kitchen, den, ¾ bath and access to the all important deck with pool. The flat was spotless when we came in and the twice a day service by the cleaning crew kept it that way! Downstairs are two bedroom uniquely situated in caved areas. They are very large and there is no sense of being in a cave expect that when you close the door and turn out the light it is very black (yea!!!), cool in temperature and great for sleeping. Both rooms have doors to close them off and both have baths with showers. The location is perfect – trust me – after this trip we learned you do NOT want to stay in Santorini proper. When the tour ships come in there is a mass of humanity and not pleasant at all. Better to stay at 270 and take the 10 minute trip in (and 5 minute out). Fira and the rest of the island are an easy drive from the flat. Also want to mention the wine, water, breads and snack welcome basket is a great touch! Finally, but not least, there is a full service reception desk staffed with the most helpful and friendly ladies you will ever meet. Panayiota and Maria were FANTASTIC. They were more than willing to help with reservations, getting taxis or any other help they could provide. Always with a smile and executed to perfection. THANK YOU LADIES!!! Highly recommended you cannot go wrong.

Quel accueil chaleureux et sympathique ! Tout le personnel est aux petits soins pour que vous passiez un beau séjour. Très belle villa où tout est fonctionnel et très bien agencé. Superbe terrasse extérieure avec une très belle piscine (dommage trop froide en cette période) et cette vue sur Oïa !! Extraordinaire !!! il vous faut environ 10/15 minutes à pieds pour rejoindre le centre de la ville. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Great hosts from beginning to end. Located in a charming village of Finikia just outside of Oia. Steps away from outstanding hiking around the caldera, a world class winery and fabulous dining. Enjoy!

Awesome view of Oia and sunsets.

Clean accomodations with comfortable beds. Only drawbacks are neighbors in adjacent rental are very close and at times the noise was bothersome. We had 3 different groups stay in the unit next to us (all Americans like us) and all three groups were loud and at times obnoxious. The support staff though at the rental went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and perfect in every other way. We really appreciated their hospitality. Top notch.

270OiasView - Phenomenal Experience

We had an amazing stay at 270OiasView - the property was really cool, the rooms were decorated beautifully and was spotlessly clean. We ended up staying in 3 of the properties during our stay and each villa was better than the next. The staff was amazing, too! Extremely helpful, polite, and available to help with your every need. I cannot say enough about the experience! I cannot wait to go back! The location of the property was central to Oia's center and there was a great restaurant across the street. (Finikia - where we ate 5 meals while we were there!). Overall just a wonderful experience (Panayiota was attentive to every detail prior to and during our trip and he rest of the staff were wonderful while we were there - Maria was helpful in securing our transportation to various places!). Again, I would rate this a 20 out of 10. One of the nicest experiences I've had!
