Oceanfront Mexican Hacienda Style Villa with terrace overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Large terrace with fire pit, bbq and lots of space for dining, entertaining and enjoying the sunsets. Nicely furnished living room with smart tv, fireplace and full kitchen with bar. 2 large bedrooms with king beds & flat screen smart tv's. Bunk beds & extra beds for kids or guests. Cook your favorite meals on the bbq and relax with your friends and family while listening to the sound of crashing waves. Beautiful sunsets every evening. Easy parking in our gated compound with 24 hour security.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please return keys to the office upon departure. Have a safe trip home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Jacuzzi propane is available. Check with office staff for details and a reservation.
Quiet time is 10pm to 7am. Midnight to 7am on Friday and Saturday nights.
You can add more guests to the reservation ( not included on the original booking) for $ 35 per guest per night.
