Free Parking!! Chill in the courtyard of a 3-story haven filled with historical architecture and modern flair. Original features include hand-laid flooring, an original claw-foot tub sitting alongside African plates, and a chalkboard door for creative interludes.
The four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms make this the perfect home for families & groups. Besides the open layout & high ceilings, the original claw-foot bathtub and furnished outdoor patio space are two other luxuries. The newly renovated granite top kitchen can handle any culinary plans you may have in mind including an entire dining area. The well-maintained wooden swirl steps from the 1800s & exposed brick sprinkled on the top floor flood the space with character.

Also, It's only a one-minute walk to Rittenhouse Park, local shops, and restaurants. Plus, it's conveniently located near public transportation.
This historical place consists of 2300 sqft of three bi-level floors.
First Floor: On this floor, you have the living room- the sofa can open up to be a bed, dining room, kitchen, a half bath; you have a kitchen loaded with all the immunity-Keurig coffee machines. Along with cups, plates, bowls, utensils, pots, and pans if you need to cook. There is also a dishwasher that you can use outside Patio. All Linen is included.
Second Floor: On this floor, you will have 1- full bathroom and 2- bedroom you-1 bedroom has 2 double beds, and 2- bedrooms has 1 queen.
Third Floor: On this floor, you will have an additional living room area; the couch can be pulled out into a bed. On this floor, you will have a queen main suite bedroom with a full bathroom. and another bedroom with a double bed. Smart TV We have just the local channels using the cable box, but if you want to watch something additional. We also have HULU TV.
