El Matador est un complexe hôtelier tout compris situé à l'extrémité de l'île d'Okaloosa. EM323 est un superbe 3ème bâtiment mis à niveau, au 2ème étage 2 chambres à coucher, 1. 5 salle de bains avec une vue magnifique sur l'eau. Cette unité peut accueillir 6 personnes avec un roi dans la chambre principale, une reine dans la chambre et un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon. Il y a 3 téléviseurs, 2 magnétoscopes, DVD et chaîne stéréo. Il y a un accès à une buanderie juste à l'extérieur de l'unité. Cette unité accueille les locations mensuelles. Cette unité dispose également d'un accès Internet gratuit et d'une piscine chauffée. Cette unité a maintenant une télévision à écran plat partout.

Family beach trip

Our whole family loved how laid back and quiet this part of the beach in fort Walton is! We will definitely be back to El Matador!

Great Stay

Overall great stay! Beautiful location and very resort like feel with all of the green spaces. The only negative was there was no washer or dryer in the room. These were located on the premises and quarters were needed to utilize. Everything else was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice condo with a great view!

Very nice comfortable unit at El Matador, which is our favorite place to stay. Had everything we needed. The balcony furniture was nice and we enjoyed sitting out there. We had a small issue with a sink drain, called reported it and within a day it was fixed. Salt Water Vacations were great, checked on us a couple of times. Very nice!

Great location

The unit and property is perfect for a beach vacation. It was clean and well appointed. Beds r a little soft but very comfortable. They have 2 pools, tennis, workout facility and sauna which we enjoyed. Convenient to beach. That being said I would highly suggest a welcome note or book that has information about the property. I had to make numerous messages to get the code for gym and to find out info for how to access sauna and whirlpool. The management team responded quickly which was appreciated. I would stay here again.

Pricey

We have stayed at this property many times and always enjoy our time. We have stayed in several different condos over the years. This was no exception to the quality. However that being said I believe I was charged for a full week without realizing I was paying for a full week and we only stayed 3 nights. My bad, I know, and it was a holiday weekend; however, I do believe I paid too much.

What a great vacation!!

The condo and property was as advertised. Clean, manicured landscaping, attentive staff, and a gorgeous view of the ocean, beach, and pool from the condo balcony. We were closer to the beach than what the pictures seemed believe it or not. We will definitely keep this destination at the top of our list for return visits!! Steve G

Great location and clean

Very happy with the cleanliness of the unit, well maintained and updated. Maintenance was out cleaning the pool daily and the grounds were kept up beautifully.

We had a fantastic time as always!! We did some cutting and bought and left a small cutting board for future guest. Love the view and hope to be back soon. The only thing we hope to see different in the future is more comfortable seating in the living room.

We definitely had a great family vacation with our three boys. The condo had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Everything was nice a clean upon our arrival. The view was so perfect! It was really nice to be able to watch my 10 year old in the pool from the balcony while our baby napped so he wasn't stuck bored in the room. The beach access was so convenient with great wash station. Since it is the last building on the strip, you get an amazing view of the sunset over the dunes. We would be happy to stay here again.

This wasn't my first choice but the first was being renovated so I was given this one. I loved it! It was a beautiful unit, the view was great, we found it easily. Thank you for a wonderful trip. One little thing, the hot tub was dirty. Some children had been playing in it without supervision when we arrived. When we entered, the parent arrived and removed them quickly, but we almost didn't even get in and didn't enjoy it much. Did not go in another time. Did not "ruin" our trip, but I was looking forward to the hot tub.

Great family vacatio

We definitely had a great family vacation with our three boys. The condo had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Everything was nice and clean upon our arrival. The view was so perfect! It was really nice to be able to watch my 10 year old in the pool from the balcony while our baby napped so he wasn't stuck bored in the room. The beach access was so convenient with a great wash station. Since it is the last building on the strip, you get an amazing view of the sunset over the dunes. We would be happy to stay here again. My only complaint is that the lock code changed BEFORE checkout time. My hubby brought the last load down to the car at 9:45 and was unable to use the keypad to get back in (10 am checkout). Thankfully I stayed upstairs to do one last walk through and wait until was absolutely necessary to wake our baby up and load him in the car.
