The property offers you 2 pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis courts, indoor whirlpool and sauna, shuffleboard, library, and exercise room. You can feel safe at this property with 24-hour security on sight. El Matador 323 is an upgraded gorgeous 3rd building, 2nd floor 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom with a beautiful view of the water. This unit sleeps 6 with a King in the master bedroom, a Queen in the guest room, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 3 TVs, 2 VCRs, DVD, and stereo. There is access to a guest laundry just outside the unit. 
This unit welcomes monthly rentals and also has Wireless internet.  This unit now has flat screen TV's throughout.
