Lovely, classic Santa style home. 30 day+ rental. 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths with study, this beautiful home is artistically furnished and appointed and features an equipped kitchen, gorgeous outdoor spaces, and the charm of vigas (ceiling beams), indoor and outdoor kivas (fireplaces), and wood floors throughout. The open concept kitchen-diningroom-livingroom is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. There are 3 sets of French doors to bring the fresh Santa Fe air indoors, allowing easy access to outdoor patios and an exterior fireplace. Flowers, gardens and an easy 7 minute drive to old downtown Santa Fe (Santa Fe Plaza). 2 miles to the Santa Fe Farmer's Market; one block to access to walk/run/bike trails, and one block to community park with playground.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
HVAC: Upon your departure In winter, please turn the heat thermostat down to 60 degrees. In summer, turn the AC up to 85 degrees.
Patio: bring all patio cushions inside and crank the umbrella all the way down; make sure the grill propane tank knob is turned off
Lock up: make sure the windows are closed and locked (levers should be in down position); check that all exterior doors are closed and deadbolts are all locked (all 5 doors).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No fires allowed in the indoor kiva fireplace in the livingroom. Smoke hazard.
