The check in process was a breeze, from your own car. We had a minor maintenance issue which was fixed within an hour! Office staff even texted on occasion to see if we needed anything. Wonderful landscaped grounds and heated pool....and who can forget the gorgeous beach/sunsets? Overall, a wonderful beach vacation spot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The surroundings of this property were just gorgeous! We loved just wandering around the property! The location with regard to the pool and the ocean was just wonderful.We found the condo very, very clean upon arrival. And, the staff very receptive when we needed something like extra towels, etc... . The only concern was that we used the guest bath tub on the last evening for our little granddaughter and we noticed that maybe the plug wasn't working properly. (We had been showering the whole week, so wouldn't have noticed this). At any rate, that could be checked out--but we were in such a flurry for our early flight, so it was not that big of a deal.We would totally recommend Sanibel Moorings!

Both toilets had flushing problems (temporary fix by maintenance) TV did not work. (fixed by maintenance).Both wall clocks needed batteries replaced. Carpet was excessively dirty We cleaned the biggest spots.Everything else was great!

Sanibel Moorings - a very friendly place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sanibel Moorings manager and various employees where all very friendly, helpful and responsive. This is our second year staying at Sanibel Moorings and we love the location and its amenities. Our unit was very clean upon arrival. Unit 422 was a bit over furnished and we would have preferred a bit more space to store our food and other things. Otherwise the couches and beds were very comfortable. There are a few maintenance items that need attention in the unit and we brought this to the attention of management upon our departure. All in all, a good vacation for us and we would return to Sanibel Moorings.
