この非常に特別な豪華なペントハウスコンドミニアムから美しいサニベル島をお楽しみください。ビーチからの素晴らしい景色、プライベートの屋上サンデッキ、そして家のすべての設備が備わっています。 今年の秋に改造された美しく整えられたキッチンと、最近更新され、2013年夏にさらに更新されるインテリアをお楽しみください。 シャワーとバスタブは3年前に改装されました。
すべてのレンタルは土曜日から土曜日まで行われ、1週間未満のレンタルはありません。

サニベルは、フォートに隣接する緑豊かな熱帯の島です。 フロリダの西海岸にあるマイヤーズ。 橋を渡って島に着いた瞬間から、遠くの熱帯の楽園にいるような気分になります。 この島への旅行は、米国のどこからでも便利です。

Outstanding property! The sliding door from the living area as well as the bedroom overlook the ocean! The beds were very comfortable. Didn’t want to leave!!!

Excellent location, just steps to the beach. This unit is very well appointed and equipped. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of room for everyone. Rooftop deck was awesome. Watched the sunset nightly. Beds are comfy and supportive. Renee is very responsive. This unit is exactly as it is described. Close to good restaurants.

This is a great property to enjoy and an excellent choice for a get-away. Central Sanibel location, comfortable, well designed, up-to-date and well maintained. Take in beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the outside decks.

Excellent Property

My family stayed here for Spring Break and loved this condo very much! Breathtaking views, easy access to the beach, pool and local shops and restaurants. We rented bikes and could get to most local shops and restaurants within a few minutes.

Great condo in a great complex

We enjoyed the complex’s amenities as well as the non crowded beaches. Renee was in constant contact to check in on us and assure all was well. The condo itself has awesome views, was clean , updated and stocked with anything you could want. Would recommend this place to anyone!

“Another great vacation on Sanibel Island in a beautiful condo!”

The condo was outstanding; beautifully decorated with every accommodation you would ever need. Beautiful beach front view and centrally located on Sanibel Island. The owner, Renee checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would return, as well as recommend to friends and family.

Great stay at Pointe Santo!

Very nice condo unit. Clean and tastefully decorated. Owner responsive to request for adding grilling utensils- had them shipped from Amazon the next day! Excellent view of the ocean and the grounds at Pointe Santo were beautiful as usual.

The condo looks better in person than it does in pictures. Renee was great to deal with and answered e-mails very promptly as well as checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well.

My new favorite Sanibel home

The photos do not do this condo justice. Everything was pristine and the views were incredible. Renee was very attentive and checked in frequently. We will definitely be returning to E46 the next time we visit Sanibel.

We feel in love with Sanibel during our first visit and searched the island for the perfect spot for guests to enjoy the island and their vacation and Pointe Santo fit all our criteria. It has been a wonderful experience.
