Våre tilpassede møblert, nylig malt, 5 soverom / 3 bad hjemme (1 w / king bed, 2 m / queen senger og med to enkeltsenger hver) vil komfortabel plass til 12 personer. Hotellet ligger i et veldig trygt område med vakre omgivelser, er dette en-etasjes huset ditt perfekt ferie sted. Verken voksne eller barn noen gang vil gå lei som du vil kun få minutter unna alle attraksjonene. Du er garantert å ha en flott tid! For varmt? Ikke et problem! Huset har en skjermet, oppvarmet (valgfritt) basseng med en nydelig dam utsikt! I tilknytning til bassenget er en overbygd Lanai med et bord satt for den stille kvelden. (Baby vakt skjermen omgir bassenget) sikret huset har fire high-tech flatskjerm-TV, DVD-spiller og WiFi. Everything was great only problem not enough parking. The host was always available for anything we needed. I would stay again.

Great House! Close to Everything.

This house was a 10 out of 10 for us. Owners were very easy to communicate with. Check in was easy, and this house is right in between Disney and Universal areas. 15 minutes to either. We would definitely book again.

Home location was fine, close enough to everything. Parking is definitely an issue if you have more than 2 cars. We were in town for a hair show and brought out team with us, so we had 4 cars. Driveway is very small. Pool was dirty and pool deck was filthy and sticky to walk on. Management was very responsive but nothing was done about the pool, so that was a little disappointing. And 85 to rent a grill for 1 day use, seemed a little excessive to me also. Good house if you’re in a pinch, but I think there’s better value out there

Family Weekend Getaway

House was the perfect size for our family to enjoy. House needs a few updates and beds are very uncomfortable. Overall stay was good and allowed for us to relax and enjoy theme parks.

Family vacation

Home gave us all the space we needed. Small improvements would be bedding needs to be updated. Living room furniture needs to be replaced and more basic home essentials( laundry detergent and tissue was not provided as listed). Other than that stay was great.

Lovely villa!

We stayed for over a month and had a wonderful time. House was nice and clean and beds were very comfortable. Alex and Katia are wonderful hosts and very quick to respond to questions. We opted for the pool heat which was wonderful. You will love the close proximity to Publix, Walmart, and the parks. We will definitely Italy be renting again.

Great house in nice neighborhood

The beds we’re comfortable, house was nice and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was nice and clean ( pool cleaner came out during our stay) and we enjoyed having actual cable TV rather than Roku when we wanted to listen to the news or watch a program on rainy days. The owners are great if you have any questions or concerns. We’ve rented this house before and hope to rent it again. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Really enjoyed ourselves!

Everything was great! There was enough room for everyone and we had so much fun in the pool. The only complaint I have is there were very few wash clothes available and the ones that were available were filthy. I ended up going to Walmart and buying some for us to use. I would stay here again though!

furnishings/amenities'

we were comfortable however the furnishings need to be updated. The couches are difficult for an older person to get up from, ,would be nice if these was a living room chair. Having to go through the bathroom to get to the pool was challenging when you have 11 in the house. The dishwear was heavy for a youngster to carry, the fridge had 2 broken shelves on the side of the door. there was an issue with the A/C and I called they were there the next morning and took care of the issue, that was great! No one came to check the pool on the days that were specified and it was evident as it began to turn....It was nice having a pool hand and the kids enjoyed it..All in all it was a nice place and we had a great time...Thank you..

Winter Escape

The house was very clean, had plenty of towels,wash clothes and beach towels for the pool. To heat the pool you will need some warmer nights so it can heat up during the day. The heater will only heat the pool about 10 degrees above the temp outside, so just keep that in mind. King master bed was comfortable. The house is in a sub division and all the homes are close to one another we were thinking that it would be loud but to our surprise it was quite. We walked the neighborhood and found state parks to walk almost every day. The house is close to Publix and other places to visit just be aware of the time of day to travel the traffic is busy. An outlet mall that’s 3 miles away will take 30 min to drive. If your use to traffic it’ll be no big deal. The owners are super responsive and are willing to help in any way they can if needed and if anything comes up they were very good at letting me know. If your planning on staying a while as we did and if you choose to take a short cruise it’s great as we chose to. The port is about 1.5hr drive. It was nice to drive and just hop on a boat for a cruise and not worry about flying in the day before or worrying about flying back home. The game room is in the garage so you’ll park outside. We were hoping to have a garage to park in, but if that’s not an issue then your good. The one thing I’d have to say is that if it’s a larger group staying in the home there’s really not a lot of sitting room but I know to some that’s not an issue.

My vacation

The place is very nice , it’s a quiet place and the house is very comfortable ,but too much hot , in the day is good , but at the night it’s looks like a hell , we can’t sleep, so we always awake tired , the cleaning is terrible, bathroom was terrible, the sheets was smelling very bad , so I can said good words about my stay !!!!

Owners are very Accommodating!

This is a perfect place to stay with family and friends. Check-in was one of the easiest alarm systems we’ve had so far. The house was clean and the owners are very accommodating and respond very quickly to emails.

Family vacation

The house was great for the 9 people we had in our party. But the beds are horrible. After a long day at Disney parks I would have liked to lay in a comfortable bed. We ended up going to buy toppers for the beds.

Lovely Property

Lovely property, house was very clean, there was broken pool toys a floats piled on the pool deck so we just threw them away. Very responsive management company. I really loved the pool fence and door alarm for the pool door. Even though our kids are older it was nice to see and hear.
