The real jewel of our property is a 100 m2 apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. It is a modern apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Within the property there is a private swimming pool with summer kitchen and barbecue. On the large terrace with a view of the pool and the sea, there is a table for table tennis, table basketball, and darts. All this is available for one apartment. The property has its own private parking. Wi-Fi is free in the apartment and in the pool area.

Perfect holiday

Beautiful property in great location with stunning views. Very well equipped and very comfortable. Fabulous swimming pool and great outside space. Easy to visit surrounding areas, including Cavtat, Dubrovnik, Bosnia, Montenegro. Very helpful and friendly hosts Denis and Sandy. Always available to help and very responsive. I would strongly recommend this property and would readily return in the future.

Outstanding

The property was absolutely perfect. A modern 2 bed villa that was furnished to a high standard. The outdoor area was amazing. The pool was far bigger than the photos suggested and the outdoor kitchen was great for when hanging around the pool. Wi-fi was excellent in the villa and the pool bar. Denis and Sandy made check-in so easy, Denis was there to greet us after communicating with us about arrival times etc. and Sandy replied to any questions I had straight away. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk down to the harbour which was fine but we chose to Uber on the way back up. The distance from the harbour is well worth it as the views from the balcony and the infinity pool are outstanding. I would highly recommend Villa Perpera and would definitely go back.
