Des vues panoramiques spectaculaires et une intimité paisible de cette maison en bord de mer entièrement rénovée sur la route historique de Lakeshore idéalement située entre Ludington et Pentwater. De votre belvédère, vous pouvez regarder les aigles planer et passer des voiliers au large avec une vue sur le phare de Ludington et les dunes de Silver Lake. Vues sur le lac Michigan et couchers de soleil fabuleux de presque toutes les pièces de la maison. Internet sans fil et télévision par câble. Tout nouveau: planchers de bois franc, foyer en pierre, nouvelle cuisine avec comptoirs en pierre et électroménagers en acier inoxydable. Toutes les nouvelles salles de bains, nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse à chargement frontal. Foyer et réfrigérateur à côté de la plage.
NOTEZ S'IL VOUS PLAÎT! En raison des hautes eaux cette année, il peut ne pas être possible d'accéder à notre plage, mais il y a une très belle plage peu utilisée à 1 mile au nord avec un accès très facile en voiture.
Pour cette raison, le loyer hebdomadaire a été réduit de 3850 $. 00 à 2975 $. 00.

Lovely vacation on the lakefront

Everything was as advertised. The owner/managers were very easy to work with. The house was comfortable and well appointed. We loved the yard, firepit, and gorgeous sunsets.

Needs kitchen cabinet door cleaning, ants on dining table and kitchen counter, smoke alarm beeping, outside table umbrella broken. Beautiful view. Plenty of towels and bedding, dishes and pans.

Lovely summer house with gorgeous sunsets

Beautiful, well maintained and equipped house in a very quiet, private location. Views off the high bluff of the lake and every sunset are fantastic. This year the lake is very high, so that descending the stairs to the water below the house is not possible, but the local park just a mile or so down the street provides lovely swimming, as does Ludington State Park of course. Having the park nearby for hiking, and the town just around the corner for ice cream and supplies is just great.

Peaceful Stay

My husband and I were very sad to leave this great spot. The views were amazing. We watched the SS Badger come and go as well as enjoying beautiful sunsets each night. The home is set back from the road making it very private. We saw deer, turkeys and rabbits most days. The house is extremely nice with lots of room for our family to spread out but have time together in shared spaces too. It's a short drive into town to enjoy Ludington. This is noted in the description but keep in mind that although you are on Lake Michigan, it is an extremely high bluff without stairs to the beach. The closest beach is a short car ride down the street. This home has very reliable wifi but for Verizon and Sprint no cellular signal while we were there. Otherwise no complaints. I would love to go back.

Beautiful summer experience!

We stayed for a month - my husband, myself and our two young children. It’s a wonderful, comfortable place. The yard was perfect for the kids to play. The hosts were easy to reach and brought more firewood and some fun books for the kids. It’s a great location - so close to ludington, a short drive to Pentwater, Hart, Manistee, etc. We used the public beach in ludington (awesome sandbar) and the one down the block depending on the day. Sunsets and the July 4 fireworks will always be a great memory. Thanks so much!

Beautiful house and location!

This is our favorite place to stay in Ludington, we've stayed at this property many times. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, and the amazing views can't be beat. It's always hard to leave at the end of the week! The property owners communicate well and are very responsive.

Wonderful home, stunning views

We had a wonderful visit. The home is very clean, well equipped(including a gas grill on the deck!) and nicely decorated. The TV has Roku so access to Netflix, etc is easy. The owners were very responsive when I needed to clarify anything. The views of Lake Michigan are stunning...sunrise, midday and of course those gorgeous sunsets! The place is a wildlife haven...we saw a momma deer & her two teenagers, a hawk and even an eagle! We were at Ludington State Park 3 different days for hiking and there is a nice flat public beach 3 minutes by car. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful lake and sunset views

This is a lovely home in private location overlooking Lake Michigan. We saw deer, wild turkeys, and a bald eagle! We completed the SS Badger puzzle, used the grill and some beach supplies, and our family saw many beautiful sunsets and stars at night—bear stars, big and Little Dippers, shooting stars, etc. Take your bug spray! Disappointed to not have the beach access as the pictures show, however many beaches are within short driving distance and we were able to find spots all to ourselves with the Covid19 concern. We saw many bikers on the main road from this home, but I wouldn’t recommend it for biking, running, or walking,. We found a back road from the water plant down the road for running. The owners, Ken and Sharon, provided many details prior to our arrival and were very friendly. We definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful sunsets

Very quiet secluded area, but still easy to get to. Plenty of areas for hiking and fishing with a town close by for any forgotten items. Plenty of room for all 8 of us to eat together and visit. Several beaches that weren't crowded to enjoy. Smores at night watching the sunset with the fire going was a favorite.

Excellent Home on Lake Michigan

We recently stayed at Endless Summer with our family of four! This property was perfect! Beautiful location with an amazing view along with excellent home accommodations. Very private property and within a 10 min drive to downtown Ludinton . Home was equipped with linens, paper products, towels, pots/pans, coffee, detergents .... ALL THE THINGS!!! It was nice not having to worry about bringing all the extra stuff! Kids especially loved the ping pong table in the basement!!! Ken and Sharon were easily available to communicate with and answer any questions! I would definitely recommend this property as we really enjoyed our stay!

GORGEOUS, PRIVATE, INCREDIBLE VIEWS!

Very clean, nicely decorated inside and out, and fully furnished with everything you need. Views are incredible, very private, we never saw anyone during our week here except once or twice on the beach. Overall this property is as advertised and the photos represent exactly what you get. Saw deer and turkeys in the yard several times. Less than 10 minutes to town for anything you need. Lots of room, large deck, yard and living space. There were only two of us so we had more than enough room to spread out. Sharon called and let us have an extra day on the front end of the week due to an early departure, which was great since we had to leave a day early. We’ve rented other Lake Michigan cottages from Ken and Sharon and we are always extremely satisfied. You need to be able to handle over 250 steps if you want to go down the bluff to the beach, we are in our early 50’s and we didn’t have any problems. The beach was nice, it’s kind of “thin” between the lake and the bluff but it’s very private. There are some rocks to deal with and there was a strong undertow when the wind was blowing, which was most of the time but we swam almost every day and enjoyed ourselves. Overall we would highly recommend this property.

Perfect in Every Wayl

Ken and Sharon have anticipated your every need. They are warm and hospitable and have everything you need available in the cottage. The kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms are nicely appointed with furnishings and linens. Beds are comfortable! The view is SPECTACULAR!! You will watch beautiful sunsets, the Badger come from Wisconsin to Ludington and the freighters move along the lakeshore. Beach is clean, beautiful and very private. You will be surprised at how few people you will see on the beach and you enjoy your time there. You will love every minute of it and the owners are in the area and can take of anything you need.

Ludington, MI is one of my favorite places on Earth, and this cottage is the perfect place to enjoy all that Ludington has to offer. The home provides all the conveniences you nee to settle in for a wonderful week away. The white sand beach is stairs away, complete with a fridge at the bottom of the stairs! Perfect for storing beach provisions! The house was very clean, well maintained, and spacious. The pictures don't do the house justice. The bedrooms were all large, big enough to fit a pack and play in both upstairs rooms. Ken was available and helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy all that #puremichigan has to offer!

Even better than it looked

The cottage was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, well-equipped, modern, comfortable and spacious. It met or exceeded all the expectations of our family of five. While it is high bank (259 steps), the view from the edge is spectacular. Our 8-year old grandson had no problem going up and down. Access to the restaurants, grocery stores and activities in Ludington is quick. The new owner (Ken) was very hospitable and indicated that he soon plans to install a water softener for the only fault I could find: really hard water. I recommend the cottage.
