We had a wonderful stay. The house had a game room to keep the kiddos busy while we got ready. The hot water and water pressure were amazing. The house was clean and the communication was great. We definitely enjoyed staying here at their beautiful clean home. The neighborhood was quite. We definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Super cute house. Good neighborhood. Great layout for kids (would need a gate for the basement steps for littles). Host was quick to respond back to messages.

Four of us were in town to enjoy a show at Blossom Music Center. Our house stay was very enjoyable. Space was very clean and more than ample to house four adults. The house is located in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Literately, within a five minute drive, was a shopping district. We stocked up on food, which we were able to prepare in the well equipped kitchen. Totally enjoyable time and reasonably priced accommodation.

Absolutely not like described and shown in photos. Glass from the side door fell off on my child upon check in, all the hand rails for the stairs were falling off the walls, the basement wall had loose nails hanging off and was detached from the stairs (you could move the wall with your hand), insulation was hanging from the ceiling in the basement, kitchen countertop was broken leaving a sharp edge upon walking into the kitchen that is perfectly eye level for toddlers. The couch was insanely uncomfortable, table was covered in stains, and neighbors had a camera that is pointed perfectly at the driveway for this house (therefore are able to watch you come/go). We stayed for one hour and left. The property needs a lot of work. The neighborhood doesn’t feel safe. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

All items have been. Repaired. I do agree these things should have been caught by the property manager and cleaning team. The part about the neighbor hood being unsafe is completely untrue. I feel you said this because the neighbors are African American. The pictures of the property are accurate. We have been hosts since 2019 and have never had a 2 review. I recently hosted a July 4 party for family at this property with rented tables and a tent and a DJ. Our family members had a wonderful time. I would never knowly put a family in danger. Things can sometimes be missed if guests don't report issues. Im truly sorry you felt unsafe but glad you were refunded your money. My husband and I both grew up within a few miles from this home. So we certainly don't agree with your assessment . We try to offer a affordable option for families and we personally us this property when we come visit for holidays with our family.
