Charming east side home with gym, sauna and outdoor TV for RNC!

Welcome to the east side of Milwaukee! A bustling, diverse neighborhood that's just one mile from Lake Michigan! We are just a short 10-minute drive from downtown and all the amenities that Milwaukee has to offer! We are just minutes from the bars and stunning restaurants of bustling Downer and North Avenues.

The space is a charming, four story, four-bedroom, Queen Anne-style home that features a basement, complete with an infra-red sauna and a home gym space that includes free weights (5-50lbs), a treadmill, a sled and battle rope. The basement also feature a washing machine and dryer.

Our 1st floor features an abundant foyer area complete with an upright piano, a wide living space, a dining room that can comfortably seat six, and kitchen with half-bathroom.

The second floor of the home features 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a king size sleep number bed. Our two children's rooms are also on this level as well as a full bathroom with bathtub.

The very top floor of the home features a Queen bed with a newly-renovated bathroom (completed in 2023) with a shower and full bidet toilet (that includes a heated seat and dryer!)

The backyard was renovated in 2023 and features a table with outdoor seating for six, as well as an outdoor sofa and TV that is covered. That area also features a propane grill.

Air conditioning runs throughout the entire house.

Finally, there is a two-car tandem garage at the back of the house that guests can access via the alley. Street parking here is not as tough in July as many of the students that live in the area (we're are close to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee) are not in town during the summer. However, our covered parking space alleviates any potential parking problems.
